I recently ordered a large print using the premium service. Communication was excellent and the team dealt with my various queries, with feedback from the printer, and I appreciated receiving the altered final print file back for future reprints, as well as hard copies of both unaltered and tweaked prints. The prints were packaged securely and delivered quickly and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. I will definitely use metroprint again.

I found the website a bit of a pain but it might have just been me. The guys in the lab were all fabulous very very helpful and patient. Martin was great - thank you all. I needed a reprint and they were super nice about that and did it quickly

NEGATIVES: Service was a little slow and the pricing was definitely top end of market.

Very easy to navigate and use the website I wanted to print a family photograph for my mother's birthday was a very simple process which was delivered as a gift.

One small niggle - their website-based upload service is dated and slow but it's worth persevering as the print quality is unrivalled.

Metro kept me informed of my self-service order, having explained all the different options over the telephone first. Subsequently, when the paper I ordered was out of stock, they printed on more expensive paper at no additional charge to me.

Metro Imaging, specifically Tony Window, are outstanding to work with. I have worked with them on several significant orders (300+ pieces in the space of six months), and the service has been incredibly fast, collaborative and finished to such a high level of quality. No job or last-min tweak is too much for them to manage with ease. Can't recommend them (and Tony) enough.
