Metro Plumb Avis 

This is a review for the Metro Plumb driver of the van FR21 JVU for driving dangerously in Greenford in the evening. Breaking dangerously, tailgating, speeding. Absolutely horrendous. Will never even try this company or recommend if this unprofessional behaviour isn’t dealt with!

Useless. Report invalidated the warranty for the most ridiculous reason. A salamander Homeboost attached to the mains is not doing what it was intended to do?? Then telling us the warranty would be validated if we bought a more expensive product. Absolute joke of an engineer. Shouldn't use a Homeboost if you have low flow? That's what it's for! Or if you have a tap and a shower? Useless. Incompetent. Had to ring someone for assistance. Then invalidated the warranty. Don't let these people in your home!

They came over to fix a leak from my shower pump but left it leaking even more. Not enough time, care and attention

The worst and un experienced plumber I've seen

The flexi pipe split on my bath causing a huge flood into both my neighbours in the flats underneath and communal stairwell.
2 lovely guys arrived - Ryan and Jack , very quickly got onto isolating the water and replacing the flexi pipe.
I was very stressed with the whole situation, but these guys were absolutely fantastic about it.
Not only did they fix quickly and efficiently they also made me feel a whole lot better.
Will definitely use this company again in future.

Engineer came to pinpoint leak. Got told it was the grout…fast forward 2 days someone from a different company came and sorted and said was nothing to do with the grout and took the shower fixture of the wall and filled gaps where the leak was. Engineer said that it was an easy find and doesn’t understand why it was put down as ‘grout’ and obviously the engineer that came out on Saturday just wanted his call out pay and to get home

My upstairs toilet down pipe was completely blocked making all bathroom units and showers unusable. My house insurance, Direct Line contacted Metro Plumb. Their Engineer attended without delay.the problem was dealt with very professionally and the pipework cleared.
I was extremely pleased with Metro Plumb. I cannot thank them enough.

Disgracefull ended up getting a private contractor, the guy u sent round looked as if he didn’t want to do the job, was in his phone and number one in the que for a price I think it was then decided to cut the call off and told me if I don’t hear from him by midday to call him. I called him twice and he text and said as he was with a customer he will call myself back. He never did. Total useless.

Engineer called out to a pinpoint leak at base of toilet which was leaking onto the toilet floor. Engineer attended, was completely useless, insisted he couldn’t fix it there and then. He switched off our water supply without switching off the the loft tank which then flooded the house due to a drop of pressure, so dumb even a plumbing student should have known this. Has caused £3000 worth of damage and no compensation!

Absolutely first class job ! The two guys( I think one is called Mohammed ) that attended were thorough, detailed and timely . They kept us informed at every step of the procedure and ours was a complex job but they took their time and resolved it all within 2 days 👏🏽👏🏽..

Brilliant service, it was a minor issue, the workmen sorted it in 5 minutes, great to see honest trades people 👍

Job to attach new radiator to the wall as the previous one had fallen off and I was looking to get it replaced. £50 deposit paid. Was told it would be £95 an hour, they would take 1.5hrs to remove and cap off old radiator and make wall good, go collect new radiator, 1.5hrs to attach new radiator. Metro Plumb came to house and said couldn't attach new radiator (which I purchased in advance to save time) on wall as wall needed a wooden support adding, he said no radiator could go on that wall or any other wall in the room, despite there being a radiator on this wall for as long as the house has had central heating (est. 50+ years). Didn't cap off or make old radiator safe. Spent 20 minutes in the house telling me why he couldn't do the job then told me I needed to pay for the "hours" he was here. I said no, as no work had been carried out. He called his manager as I refused to pay. After he left, I rang to complain and ask for my deposit back. Lots of excuses made and days went by. It transpired they had only booked themselves 1 hour to do a 3-4 hour job. Could see he wasn't interested in doing the job when he got here. They refused to refund the £50 deposit. I'm out of pocket with no work done at all, not even the old radiator capped off and it is still hanging off the wall waiting for a local plumber to arrive. Would avoid this company. Northumberland area.

We cannot praise you enough we had a burst pipe in our cloakroom and it was all repaired within just over an hour of reporting it by an engineer who was friendly,arrived quickly and was very efficient. 10 out of 10 for your services.
