Excellent experience
Had a really excellent experience with metro Rod, right from Daley who was quick & efficient with messages & arranging for our septic tank to emptied. The guy Paul who came to empty it was here when said he would be , doing a swift & efficient job. Would most definatly be recommending Metro Rod .

The engineer was a great guy , very professional, efficient, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much ...
My blocked pipe was was unblocked, water running freely.
Afterwards everything was cleared and tidied. Couldn't expect anything more.. Highly recommend Metro rod.

Not chasing money up front
Chris was polite and did a professional job,unblocking the drain.
Put the magic eye up and identified what could be the problem.
Gave me a bill to phone the office & pay.
Will be using again if required.

Drain Blockage, replace broken pipes
Turned up on time , the two lads were very pleasant and professional. They explained exactly what was wrong and solution to fix problems.
The job was done in about 4hrs or so considering there was quite a bit of digging to do, the site was left tidy and clean.
I can truly recommend Metro Rod.

Scandalous
Came out, told me it was a united utilities issue but charged me £160 for the call out. Which I had to pay cash to them. Followed up several weeks later by a phone call asking me to settle my bill.
