really good variation in their items they have alot of everything as far as taste, i sat in many sofas at Westheimer and it was so hard to pick. Would definitely purchase again

Just purchased a boucle sofa and paid half the price that I was willing to pay for it, bang for your buck.

I am very disappointed. I ordered a sofa and received a completely different sofa. Terrible. I asked for a refund. I don't want to know anything about them. They still haven't refunded me.

Got my gorgeous bed and are super happy. Had to call customer service to get a replacement part for one that got damaged during shipping and it was handled instantly and to my full satisfaction. Very responsive service.

I'm going to choose 4 stars because just was 1 sofa.

But I'm trying to imagine if the last time I bought a lot of furniture and I have to assemble it.

It's the reason why, I'm trying to avoid Ikea, I don't like to assemble it.

The couch was received damaged. I went to the store the next day and they said that even though it was a floor model they would probably exchange it if I sent an email since we reported it within 2 days of receiving. The email was not responded to. So I called. When I spoke to the person she said there was no way to exchange it.
I am disappointed because this was not the first purchase we have made with you and we were also planning on getting a dining set. I would have hoped for better service even though it was a floor model.

Quality is not the same both chairs. The fabric on one chair is smooth around the connections and the other chair has the fabric gathered. The chair legs also came with some small scratches.

Could not be more satisfied with the purchase of this product delivery was smooth purchasing was smooth and my product is very smooth. This was a great experience. I recommend 100%.

What I don’t like is is that I do not have any information about the delivery of my new sofa so right now I’m sitting in limbo kind of figure out when it’s going to arrive versus actually giving me an estimated delivery date like most companies do. I would like more details.

No communication for shipping status or response to emails inquiring - called the warehouse and there was no answer. The shipping time was misrepresented on the website. It took 3 weeks to get the order shipped and not 3 days as advertised.

I absolutely love the quality of the furniture! The people here are great too! The prices are amazing! I have been fortunate enough to fully furnish my place with all their pieces. The style of each piece definitely makes a statement.

They never delivered the item we ordered and now they are charging us for cancelling the order. In the meantime, they lied to us numerous times about the status of the order. We waited 6 or 7 weeks for the item before we figured out they were scamming us.

Very happy with my purchase and the couch looks great in my living room. This would’ve been 5 stars but there was a lag between the purchase date and delivery scheduling with no communication of updates. Customer service was always very helpful and responsive, but I had to reach out a few times for status. Once delivery was scheduled, everything went smoothly. I would definitely purchase from MidinMod again!
