The driver was very friendly, efficient and helpful. I would use Midland Fuel again as a result of this experience.
The delivery was five days early and luckily I was in and able to ensure access. Prior notification of an early due date will help in future.

Superb service and excellent pricing. From Adrian sorting out the last minute order to the delivery driver giving us a 5 minute warning for his imminent arrival. Very slick and trouble free.

Not the old company since being sold. Delivery was always with 24 hours, now it takes possible 8 days. Shame they sold out but that’s the way business is these days.

Reliable service, on time ,no issues or alarms. It is good to have a known driver who we can trust with the security details to access the property, deliver without making a mess, and close up on departure. You couldn’t do that with the competition.

The waiting time is longer than it used to be.

I always find the office staff most helpful.
However, the delivery man (and I would hasten to add not the usual fellow) was not up the standard to which I have been used to from Midland Fuel Oil.
