I paid for an order on January 20th…

I paid for an order on January 20th 2026 and still haven't received it. I have asked for a refund and this has been ignored. I would not use this company again

You should have received a few emails from us explaining that this product is currently on pre-order, with stock expected to arrive in April. That said, we absolutely understand if you’d prefer not to wait.

On subscription from Mighty Mouthcare…

On subscription from Mighty Mouthcare and ran out of toothpaste 6 weeks ago. I requested the date of my next supply to be brought forward and the money went from my bank account on the 16th March. I received an email on the 21st March to say April for the delivery. April has 30 days so with no fixed date I have cancelled the order and subscription and as the money I’ve paid is refunded.
I know they have developed a new unit for the toothpaste but if there is a production problem they should have still supplied toothpaste that fits the old unit instead for leaving people in limbo.
It was a fantastic idea but you can’t let people down.

You’re absolutely right to expect timely deliveries, especially as a subscriber, and we completely understand your frustration with the delays and lack of a fixed delivery date. As mentioned in our email, we’ve experienced some unexpected delays while transitioning to our new V2 product, which unfortunately impacted supply more than we anticipated.

That said, this shouldn’t have left you without product, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled and your refund of £16.39 has been processed. This should be back with you within 3–5 working days.

We really appreciate your support as an early customer and are very sorry you feel let down on this occasion. We hope to welcome you back in the future when V2 is up and running.

Charging subscriptions and no delivery date

I have two subscriptions for every three months , one for my husband, one for myself.
I was charged on 12 March at £28.80 and have now been told to expect delivery in April.
This is not the first time delivery has been delayed with this company. I am now without toothpaste , have paid £28.80 with no assured date for delivery .
Not good enough - is it actually legal to take payment when you do not know when your product will be delivered?!

We are very sorry for any frustration caused and any delays with your order whilst we transition from V1 to V2. We have been communicating updates on delivery timelines via email as they’ve evolved. As part of this, your order is being upgraded to our new V2 system at no extra cost, along with a complimentary V2 dispenser.

Ordered at Christmas and was informed…

Ordered at Christmas and was informed about the delay in delivery. However, when I decided it was taking too long I reached out to cancel and received no reply. The product then came but faulty and still no reply. I want a refund or at least a product that works!

Taken money with no goods delievred

Cannot comment on product as none were received. Were charged 3 times over 6 weeks with no items received. Customer services have responded and processed refunds.

This is a subscription service and the cancel subscription is not working so god knows how you cancel.

Poss scam

I have been waiting for my order for over 2 months. This keeps tolling forward was delayed to March. Now April. Despite request for refund I am still waiting for this to be confirmed or processed. Would not touch this company again despite alleged reviews.

We responded to your emails and confirmed that the charge relates to an active subscription. We also explained the earlier delay, which was due to a temporary stock issue, and that your order had been upgraded to our new V2 system at no extra cost.

Your order was then dispatched, and we also offered to cancel your subscription, process a refund if preferred, and even provided a direct contact number if you wanted to speak with us - it feels it’s not accurate to say we don’t provide support or communication.

We appreciate delays are frustrating, but we have been actively responding and working to resolve this for you.

I placed an order in January for toothpaste and dispensers

I placed an order in January for toothpaste a nd dispensers expected delivery time is 1-3 days;this is March and have still not received my order. I have contacted the company a number of times and the latest reply is the order is expected to be dispatched the end of March !!! Very unreliable company

If something goes wrong you are on your own.

I ordered toothpaste and dispenser February 19th. I’m still waiting for delivery. I have had no tracking details sent to me. Tracking the package involves downloading an app ‘shop’which had details of the sale and which claimed my package had been delivered “two hours ago”. I have emailed Mighty Mouthcare three times but have had no response.
There’s no phone number or address or any details regarding contact. Very disappointing.

Refillable... To throw away

I bought a mighty toothpaste as an investment to avoid plastic waste.
Now the company has changed their containers and they don't offer refills for the old model.
I now have a very expensive very useless piece of plastic.
That's not very sustainable approach.
Not to be trusted to stay on it

We developed V2 after listening closely to customer feedback, improving durability and performance so the refillable system works better long term. All V1 customers were contacted with details on how to upgrade to V2 free of charge, along with guidance on responsibly recycling the original dispenser.

After being contacted by the company and watching the video they sent I can now correct my initial review. All I had to do was turn the base after installing.

I like the idea of using less plastic.

As for taste, I do prefer a stronger flavour.
A good point is the paste does not strip my mouth like other shop bought brands.

Highly recommend!

Love this! The container looks very cool on my sink, the toothpaste is minty and fresh (tastes great!) and it’s super easy to refill every few weeks. Love that I can be a bit more sustainable without having to make a major change to my life. Would highly recommend!

Mighty Makes Me Smile

I LOVE this whole concept, it's a game-changer. Easy to order, easy to replace the refills and easy to use. The dispenser looks great and I no longer have horrible scrunched up tubes of toothpaste in my bathroom. The toothpaste is really minty and my mouth and teeth feel clean and fresh. I love the fact that it doesn't contain any of the "nasties" some other toothpastes contain but most of all I appreciate the fact that the refills are biodegradable and sustainable. I applaud the brand's commitment to reducing plastic waste in the toothpaste industry. A small step to a big change. Thank you Mighty for bringing this to the market.

Sustainable whilst not losing quality.......

Toothpaste isn’t usually the first thing that comes to mind when we talk about sustainability—but that’s exactly why Mighty Mouthcare is such a standout. After 15 years of using Marvis, I honestly didn’t think I’d switch. But Mighty has raised the bar. The flavour is genuinely excellent, the dispenser is bold and bathroom-worthy (a huge upgrade from those sad, scrunched-up tubes), and the subscription makes restocking effortless.
