Poor Design insipid and limited colour choice
I like the idea of a refillable toothpaste system, but the container design has been disappointing.
The original blue container was tall and narrow, and as the toothpaste moved upwards it became top-heavy and unstable. Mine fell over and broke.
The replacement design is more stable, which is an improvement, but the colour choices are very limited and unattractive.
I was sent the pale green container despite asking for pink, and the colour looks insipid rather than stylish. Meg refused to exchange the insipid green for the pink that I had requested.
For a product that sits visibly in a bathroom every day, the container needs to be both stable and visually appealing.
At present, the concept is good, but the design and colour range need improvement.

When we mentioned that we don’t normally accept returns, what we meant was that, for hygiene reasons, we usually ask customers to keep the original product as a gift from us while we send out a replacement - apologies if that came across as if we were unwilling to help or exchange your dispenser.
We’re very grateful for your honest feedback on both dispenser designs. Customer feedback around stability is what led us to redesign the original dispenser to be shorter and wider, and it’s equally helpful to hear your thoughts on the colours and overall appearance too. We understand that products used every day in the bathroom should feel visually appealing as well as functional.
As discussed over email, a pink dispenser has now been sent, and we really hope this is much more suited to your preference.
Thank you again for supporting the idea behind refillable oral care and for sharing feedback that helps us continue improving both our products and customer experience.
Credit where it’s due
So we waited a month for our first delivery but the company were completely upfront at ordering saying there was a V2 coming out. Our first dispenser didn’t work, I emailed them a video to show this and they arranged a replacement canister immediately and sent a prepaid QR code. The toothpaste itself is great and I love the idea of less plastic for the planet and less chemicals being absorbed into my body. Not sure the V2 is working as they hoped having read the reviews, but I can not complain with how they have handled our problem.

Pump doesn’t work
Over 3 months to arrive, I had to chase them only then did keep in contact. The dispenser does not work as no tube going into refill bottle so cannot pump up toothpaste. You have to store container upside down to enable it to dispense the paste.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry you're having issues. It sounds like the refill hasn't been assembled correctly. The refill needs to be screwed into the top of the dispenser instead of putting it into the base. It needs to be screwed into nozzle to be air tight.
Our dispenser actually works as an airless system, so there isn’t a tube inside the refill. Instead, each refill has a small piston at the bottom that pushes the toothpaste upwards as you pump. You may need to pump the dispenser nozzle a few times to bring the toothpaste to the top of the refill, could you try this and see if it works? Once the air has cleared, the toothpaste should start dispensing normally. If you’re still having trouble after giving it a few more pumps, please let me know and I’ll be very happy to help further.

Late to deliver refills which don't fit V1 dispenser
When I bought this last year all went well. Then I ordered refills and paid up in full. Weeks went by with little news from the company other then delay in shipping. Refills arrived today but of a new design and shape which won't fit the original dispenser. I am expecting this to be resolved but what a mess!
I have now received a new version dispenser (V2) from the company but have not yet tried it. Hope it works as well as V1.

Thanks for getting in touch. We have sent you an email but also wanted to follow up on here. We sent out a few emails ahead of launch communicating the V2 refills and not being compatible with V1. We have offered a free upgrade to the V2 dispenser via email.

absolutely amazing company!!
absolutely amazing company!!! i ordered at the start of the year and unfortunately didn’t receive it for a while but mighty kept emailing to make it clear that there were complications with manufacturing (which is totally normal in a smaller business) and switched my order from v1 to v2 as it came out right after i ordered mine. when i received my dispenser, unfortunately it wasnt working correctly so i got in touch through instagram and they were back to me in 10 minutes asking me to email a video of the problem. I emailed the video and mighty was so quick to respond and they immediately sent a new one out to me no other questions asked! amazing service and i absolutely love the product itself, the toothpaste is so refreshing and i love to have a sustainable option of something so simple like toothpaste. can’t recommend mighty enough!!!

Short of the mark......
Not sure what I was expecting but this didnt match it. Love the concept obviously but it takes a while to 'load' your toothbrush because it takes 1000 pumps just to get more than a dribble out. Not sure if that intended or an issue with the dispenser?

Love the toothpaste, love the dispenser
I have a lot of time for this company and all they stand for. I've had a similar issue to many others (placed an order in Jan and didn't receive) - but on contacting customer services I've received really friendly personal replies each time, and my issue has been fully rectified. As for the product, it's brilliant - the new dispenser is fantastic, better than the original, and the toothpaste itself is really good. And I LOVE the lack of toothpaste tubes in our house!
Don't be put off, I think they've just had some teething issues with the dispenser and have now made it better. I highly recommend, I might order a second one for my weekend bag 😁

I have had a long standing problems…
I have had a long standing problems with bleeding gums, gum sensitivity and inflamation and plaque build up for a number of years. I tried all the recommended toothpastes and dental care to no avail. So - I looked into the meaning of the coloured strips at the bottom of toothpaste tubes and realsied my problem was most likely an ellergy to some of the contents. My next step was investigating chemical free toothpaste. I eventually picked out Mighty Toothcare as being a standout winner on all fronts. After four weeks of use I went back to my dentist and hygienist for routine check up. They were amazed at the improvement. Very minimal plaque build up, no bleeding from the gums and no visible signs of gum irritation, in fact my teeth were healthier than they had been for the last 6 years. I can truthfully say that I put it down to the Mighty Toothcare paste. Oh and it comes in a stylish eco friendly container that the recyclable toothpaste insert screws into. All at an affordable and competitive price. Whats not to love. And no I wasnt paid to write this!!

Great eco toothpaste - the new dispenser they have just sent out to me is a very cool upgrade as well 😎.
Highly reccomend if you are looking for a more sustainable alternative to the standard stuff.

Excellent customer service!
Although initially the communication was not very impressive, I then received excellent service.
A new dispenser was sent out promptly. I enquired as to where the refills were that I’d ordered, and got an extremely quick response and all was sorted.
When all is said and done, this is an absolutely terrific product. I love the toothpaste and the new dispenser is much better than the old one.

Exceptionally poor customer service
I'd love to comment on the product, but two months after placing an order, nothing has been received - and no updates have been provided by the company to explain why. My email asking for information still has not been responded to - exceptionally poor customer service. All this while the company continue to state under "delivery" on their website, "We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it before 4pm (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from the moment of dispatch." Clearly not. Extremely disappointed. Avoid!
