Super service
Great service. Quick processing of order. Good communication. Confirmation order received after checkout then followed by email to chosen address with follow up of shipping email. In general a easy purchase of a varied range of products with reasonable pricing. Not sure if the free sample was a welcome gift as a first-time customer but it was warmly received & a great way to promote products new or otherwise 😊. All said & done will certainly be a regular customer as the product I purchased I could not find elsewhere other than overseas.Thank you Mindfuel for your service & free sample- hope its not a 1 off. Fantastic enjoyable shopping experience 👍

We're really sorry to hear about the hassle you experienced with your delivery. We’ve used NZ Couriers for many years after NZ Post became too unreliable with pickups, sometimes only collecting every few days. We understand it’s frustrating when things don’t go smoothly.
You’ve ordered from us several times before, so you may already know that NZ Couriers is our default provider—but we do clearly state on our shipping page that we can send via NZ Post if requested (just allow a few extra days). We also offer non-signature delivery at the customer’s risk, which can help avoid missed deliveries like this one.

Great company-but didnt choose well this time
They always ship fast, have good communication, and are easy to order. great company.
For this order, I didn't find the products themselves great for me (kanna snuff and kratomic mix). I've tried kratomic 3x and other than nausea from kratomic did not perceive a shift in mood etc at up to 15g per dose. The snuff gives a burning headrush but that was about it for me. I love that this is available in nz however and feel the opportunity to explore ways to alter consciousness is a basic human right. Ill be back to experiment with other products. thank you!

If it ever does or even if they fail within the first few weeks of arrival with proper care, please simply send a pic to sales@mindfuel.co.nz and we will send a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
