Excellent communication and items arrived as expected. The parcel was a bit damaged in shipping despite "fragile" stickers (but this was nz couriers, so no surprises there). Will definitely order from MindFuel again

Overall a good experience
The plant took a while to arrive, but it arrived broken, no fault of mind fuel, the stem was snapped, mind fuel has offered to send another which is great, but there is a bit of a long delay before arrival, to be honest I see people have done their best and that's what counts
