The lady I spoke to was Sandra who was exceptionally helpful and efficient. She put my mind at ease and reassured me that someone would be with me to assist with my breakdown in under an hour and a half.
What was originally a stressful experience became manageable and dealt with efficiently.

In a world where callers are left waiting for ages, the call was taken quickly and the follow-up call today, Monday, was prompt. I used MIS over a year ago and my experience was similar.

I subsequently resolved the issue by paying another comoany €191 to get my car started.
MIS have since refuned me this money so all in all a good outsome desoite my initial bad reviee
Ok...I rarely leave reviews of any kind, but felt it necessary to highlight the great service I recently experienced when dealing with MIS. It had been nearly 20 years since I last had reason to claim on an insurance policy & was initially unsure what role MIS played in the procedure.
I was contacted first by a pleasant, professional & witty lady called Rita...She explained the procedure, answered my questions & put my mind at ease...
Unfortunately Rita was away/off sick at one point & her colleague, Jamie-Lee, obviously saw my email & stepped in. (I had been trying for 2 days to get through to my insurance company in England & was asking for help from MIS in contacting them)
I've dealt with many companies in the past where people in the same team refuse to take ownership of an issue if they feel that it's not their problem. Thankfully Jamie-Lee, realising that Rita wasn't in the office, stepped in, answered my email in an efficient, effective & professional way.
I was pleasantly surprised, if I'm honest...
Throughout the whole process, both Rita & Jamie-Lee have been wonderful.

I used MIS to handle a recent road traffic accident claim. The service provided was exceptional and from the very outset the advice given and attention to detail from the staff involved was first class. The entire customer journey through this process was seamless. No hesitation in recommending this service.
The whole process was carried out quickly and efficiently. I had no need to make any calls. They looked after everything, including sorting out hire car while my car was being repaired. Great service.
Wouldn't use this company at all if your looking brought home from a breakdown they will try to rip you off for storage and drop you at a busstop to make your own way home no matter where you are because it's they're POLICY not a service at all they will bring you car home a few days later and chrge £100 for storage and 180 to bring the car home absolute joke was willing to pay to bring car home but they wanted more got a company called BTS from belfast to pick up car they kept it over weekend and charged £150 all in that's a proper recovery service don't use M I S

Jamie-Lee has been a great help with the claim for a recent claim for damage on my car, following a car park bollard bash. She has been friendly and helpful throughout the process, which has been managed very efficiently. Insurance claims aren't fun, but at least this has been easy to deal with and trouble-free!
MIS provided a fantastic smooth experience following my no fault accident. From my first call with Cameron to getting my car back repaired, I could not fault the service i received from everyone I dealt with. 5 stars MIS!

Had smash last evening. Phoned and was dealt with by Alicia who was empathetic and considerate at a fraught moment. I was informed details would be relayed to MIS next morning and I would be contacted.
Cameron contacted this am and dealt with the claim in efficient, thorough and understanding manner. My car has been collected by repairers and replacement hire car is here. Excellent service!
