I was told by my Insurance broker that I was loosing a protected life for a 100% non fault accident and I was extremely angry. Today i had my first accident in 30 years of driving. I was anxious at having to call and report it but i was lucky enough to have my call answered by Rita she was friendly and reassuring and completely turned what was a bad day into a much brighter day she was a delight to deal with and i was very grateful for all her help!
