Couldn't be more happy about this company, receptionists were amazing and very friendly, I received all the confirmations for each appointment that I made via e-mail and via mobile messages, plus reminders as well a day before.

The trust that I got with my ''dentist'' on the first appointment was amazing already, since he said I wouldn't need to do some of the things that I was wondering if I had to, saving me time and money, he even said he would denied if I ask him to do it. 5 stars for the honest work!!!

Had the UV light teeth whitening treatment done by Ghiz and Nikelle who were great. Everyone was very welcoming, and everything was explained well. Results were exactly what I wanted. Certainly would recommend it.

I loved my experience at MiSmile Birmingham! All the staff were so caring and friendly. Dr Oliver Smart helped me reach my desired smile and I couldn’t be more thankful, he was so supportive throughout the whole process. Parm is so lovely and was always there to answer my questions.

I haven't started the treatment yet but my dentist, Pavi in Bushey Heath, has been very thorough and has taken me through all the options. Looking forward to getting started. I require my teeth to be moved slightly which will take a few weeks. All good!!

I booked a consultation with MiSmile after having had consultations with two other orthodontists, but I wasn't satisfied with their Invisalign plans/prices. After speaking with Parm who was able to guide me through the treatment process and answer all my questions, I knew MiSmile were the right fit for me and my budget. Both Dr Harman and the hygienist team have been instrumental in ensuring my teeth are healthy before I start wearing my aligners, which has already made a difference to my oral health. Overall, my experience has been great so far - the team are all knowledgeable, upfront and honest, and genuinely very friendly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Parm and the front of house team who are always happy to help and answer my silly questions and queries! :)

worst company for invisalign I have ever come across, never return your calls and refuse to have face to face meetings about problems you want to address, instead make you do "virtual" appointments, like that is going to work to look at teeth, complete joke avoid.

My teeth look great. The dentist took her time and ensured my teeth looked good.

I have the Invisalign light package and could be happier. As a first time adult user, the aligners are really great. People don’t recognise them and I got used to the aligners after a couple of days. Whenever you change the aligners, I feel it a little bit over the first two days. After that no issues. Speaking also works completely fine after 1-2 days.The online updates and reminders are really helpful and great to reduce face-to-face appointments and keep on track!

My experience at MiSmile was amazing, the team were all so welcoming and friendly. The process of my teeth whitening was explained throughly and clearly and I received great results from it. They made me feel as ease and I had a greater smile from the teeth whitening. I would definitely recommend going to MiSmile - they are amazing!

Service was excellent throughout my whole journey. I started my treatment in Jan 2020 and meet with the lovely Pam. She was very welcoming, friendly and informative. Dr Garbrial was my dentist and made me feel very comfortable throughout my journey with mismile. Such a lovely and warm lady. I usually hate going to the dentist but felt very comfortable but also confident in Dr Gabrial. All staff have been great and consistenly lovely. Thank you for my smile

Extremely friendly and informative staff. Took the time to listen and discussed my options without pressure. I was offered time to go away to think about whether I wanted to proceed. I was so impressed by the possible outcome could look like, and the professional and friendly approach that I made my next appointment immediately. I have since been back for x rays etc and can't wait to begin treatment.
