Faultless so far!

Just had my 2nd appointment, and I can’t fault the experience so far. The staff at MapleLeaf have been nothing short of excellent. Explaining everything throughly, quick to respond to any further questions, given me a timeline, and have been both professional and friendly throughout. They make me even more excited to engage with the treatment process. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, they made me feel totally at easy using PPE for themselves, and hand sanitiser, temperature checks, social distancing measures, and staggered appointments for patients.

no luck here

Was very optimistic having read the reviews. No idea why this hasn’t worked for me! Pretty much no different after completing the kit. Really disappointed.

Excellent care

Half way through my treatment and I'm very happy with the progress so far and especially with the MiSmile team. They're professionals, welcoming and helpful, always doing their best to solve every issue. I'm so pleased I chose them

I have nothing but hood things to say about my experience. Communication is always on the point.... help is always at hand ......I actually look forward to coming in for my checkups I’ve seen so much improvement in such short time🙂

So far I am very happy with the…

So far I am very happy with the service. I knew I want Invisalign and it took about a month to get the treatment since I went for consultation. Now I am in my third week of treatment which should take about 9 months or so. The clinic I've visited is lovely, I feel I get all attention of the dentist who is as well very professional.

Mismile Birmingham have been great with…

Mismile Birmingham have been great with my treatments options so far. The clinics are always so clean, and staff are so friendly and attentive! Looking forward to starting my Invisalign ASAP! :-)

Sarah was excellent, very adept at explaining what the process involved and explained all my options clearly and didn't pressure me at all in to purchasing unnecessary work.

So far my MiSmile journey has be the easiest I could imagine

So far my MiSmile journey has be the most pleasant interaction I’m had with a dentist, the knowledge and the whole process has been enjoyable, I never thought I would say that about a dentist, I’m close to saying I’m looking forward to go, next appointment I will see my Invisalign video, I can’t wait

From initial call to the first retainer…

From initial call to the first retainer going in the process was really easy. The fact I don’t have to keep going in to change my retainer because I have the new home smart system is amazing. I am 6 weeks in and I can’t believe the difference in my smile already. I cannot recommend enough.
