Great lamps, good customer service!
Great lamps, good customer service! Lamp shipped quickly and was well-packaged.
Their website doesn't have a great cancel order feature, but after I accidentally double-ordered they let me ship back the second bathroom vanity light for a refund at no cost. Can't speak to the other lamps, but the one I got was high quality (Reese Three Lamp Bath/Vanity).
Only complaint is shade didn't fit standard A19 bulbs and they don't list compatible bulbs on their website which would have saved me some time.

Great products and excellent customer service
I received a high quality and well built product that was fairly priced and accurately described in the website listing. There was a bit of a hiccup with my purchase because Mitzi's system initially failed to apply the correct discount. I reached out to them and they swiftly fixed their error. Their customer service reps were very pleasant and helpful, and I plan to shop here again soon. I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with purchase and service
The pendants arrived in perfect condition and took just about a week to get here. Completely happy with that timing. They are elegant and look nice in the hallway where I placed them. Previously there had been recessed lights which were fashionable at the time this house was built 25 years ago but I wanted a warmer look and the pendants fit the bill.
Your online selection was excellent, too. Next time I need a lamp or lights I will check with Mitzi first.

GREAT looking fixture in our new, contemporary kitchen! Wasn't happy that they no longer supply the light bulbs for the fixture...and it's not easy to find them (without black printing visible on the white bulb) on line. Finally found them at LOWE'S.

Yes, as of August 1, 2023, we no longer ship incandescent bulbs with our fixtures due to the California Title 24 laws along with the Department of Energy. However, we do offer LED light bulbs on our website for most of our fixtures! Thanks again!

Service is bad
Service is bad, can't recommend. I bought several light fixtures and during installation one of the glass pieces got broken. I would have been happy to pay for the part but the company said they don't sell parts so I had to buy an additional light to use one part from it. Never had a lighting company not sell parts before but that is what you get with online stores - no regard for customer service.

When fixtures are purchased from our online website, we offer a warranty on glass only if the glass arrives broken during shipment and we are notified within 72 hours of delivery.
