My Samsung screen was badly smashed so I contacted mobihub for a price .I took my phone there on the Tuesday lunchtime ,they had to order my screen as it was not in stock .they said they would contact me as soon as it was delivered and they had fixed it .I received my call on Wednesday morning to say it was ready to be collected .I found the service quick and efficient and the people really polite and lovely atmosphere .I would highly recommend them .

Vor knapp einem Jahr habe ich hier mein IPhone gekauft. Es hat alles gut geklappt, von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung. Leider hatte ich jetzt Probleme mit meinem IPhone. Vermutlich der Akku . Da es einfach abgestützt ist . Ich habe Kontakt aufgenommen. Frau Neupar war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mir wurde sofort ein Retourenschein per email geschickt. Montag habe ich es weggeschickt und am Mittwoch hatte ich es schon repariert zurück. Der Akku wurde ausgetauscht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service.

Ich muss sagen bin echt überrascht. Ich habe ein IPhone X im Juli gekauft und war erstmal skeptisch, da ich zuvor keine gebrauchten Handys gekauft habe. Das Handy kam nach 2 Tagen an und entsprach dem angegebenen Zustand. Bin sehr zufrieden und würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Hace unos meses me vino un mensaje. El mismo dí les envié el mensaje «Stop», yaque no quería otros mensajes de ese número. Desde entonces me siguen viniendo mensaje que cada vez me cuestan 5Fr. Y ESO SIN YO HABERLES DADO ALGÚN PERMISO. QUE SE JODAN.
Al final del mes me vino una factura de 120Fr.

So, nachdem ich zwei iPhones über mobi–hub erworben habe, Kann ich nach etwa anderthalb Jahren meine eigentlich nicht erwartete positive Bewertung nunmehr zusammenfassen. Ein iPhone, war vollkommen unproblematisch es funktioniert seit dem ich es erhalten habe ohne Probleme. Ein weiteres iPhone hatte ein Problem im Bereich der vorderen Scheibe, was sich durch Helligkeit und Rand-Ablösungen abzeichnete. Ich habe dieses iPhone zweimal zur Überprüfung versandt und nach nicht einmal jeweils einer Woche repariert zurück erhalten. Ich kann heute sagen, dass ich mit dem Angebot 100-prozentig einverstanden und von der Leistung überzeugt bin. Es ist eine tatsächlich gute Alternative zum Neukauf.
