Lovely internal walker. My only concern is the brakes are not strong enough to hold the walker steady when applied. The process of applying the brakes by squeezing them hard is not useful for my wife... Voir plus

Disabled handles for my fork
I ordered 4 handles for my fork, they didn't fit. cost $100
The pack was not opened and I asked to return them, they refused, now I am stuck with 4 useless handles.

The customer service I received was fantastic. I placed the order online and was kept informed every step of the way. The Firefly Scooot was available to collect quickly and was put together perfectly by the friendly Bendigo staff who ensured it was set up appropriately for my son when I arrived to collect it. MobilityHQ would not refund
We ordered an electric motorized chair for my father. Mobility HQ had the cheapest price for what we were after and for an extra $300 they would also unbox and set up the chair which we happily paid. However when the chair was delivered to the care facility they were not allowed inside due to health restrictions, so left the chair in the box. MobilityHQ would not refund the $300, easy money for them.

A Wonderful Experience
I have had a wonderful experience with MobilityHQ after initially ordering my first chair which I found didn't have the right width for me.
After contacting them I was able to exchange and now have a chair that is just perfect.
The customer service was excellent and most helpful.
