Was not in stock but sales staff kept me informed of progress.

I ordered a recliner chair from Mobility HQ. Navigating the website was great with lots of detailed info. as regards the chair. Customer service was fantastic from ordering through to delivery. I would definitely recommend this company.

Totally satisfied with my purchase -
the commode chair looks just like a simple chair and would not attract a second look. It is very easy to care for and maintain cleanliness. I am 86 and have very dicey balance so this chair is a real boon.

If I could go zero stars I would. Totally hopeless, don't know how to communicate and the website says everything is in stock, untill you've already paid for it, then a week or so later you'll get an email saying items are not in stock and heres a refund...

I would highly recommend the 3 wheel walker. Easy to use and easy to transport. Added bonus of carry bag plus basket.

While the company was terrific to deal with, the anti spill mug spills from both the top and the sides, and the lids are quite difficult to put on for anyone with arthritis. I would recommend the company, but not the product

I dealt with Lachlan who was fantastic, you could not fault his customer service and quick resolution of an order error caused by myself.
I was disappointed with the collection process. Even though I had received a message to advise my goods were ready for collection it appears that that was not the case. It wasn't the end of the world but hence only 4 star rating.

Overall very pleased with the walker but would have liked to have been able to try it before buying. Went on height measurement and bought medium but would have been better with small. When using padded seat the medium becomes too high and if you use the wooden seat it puts your legs in the right position but you tend to slip off it. The ordering, delivery and quality of the product for price was all excellent, size is my only complaint so perhaps some more measurements and extra details and pictures of the accessories could be added to the website. Thank You

Very poor service. Click & collect order that no-one could find when following up due to no communication. Company has call centre that cant answer questions for stores or provide updates. Seems business is not set-up for on-line orders, has no visibility of tracking or status. Over 2 weeks for click & collect order to be sorted & then when arrived in store staff were un-aware. Avoid if you want your order in a timely manner.
