Moe's Southwest Grill Avis 

The whole staff was trash nothing but ghetto girls literally fighting behind the counter screaming. Messed up my order because they were too busy screaming at eachother. Every time I come here they will charge me for a drink but the machine is always empty or out of order. Horrible place but my fault for continuing to spend my money there. Also not sure why they are making people wear a mask in a state with no mask mandate. You would think they would be more worried about the employees trying to kill eachother

Moe's essentially stole my money. They delivered the wrong order, and then refused to provide me with a refund for the portion of the order that was wrong.

I ordered a burrito, which was made correctly, and a quesadilla, which was missing the rice, beans, and corn. I called the store to request a refund or redelivery for the quesadilla, and they told me to call DoorDash.

I called DoorDash and spent 31 minutes and 57 seconds on the phone, on hold and speaking to multiple managers. DoorDash told me that they were "unable to provide compensation" for the order because of a credit card issue. I asked them for more details and they refused to provide any.

I then called Moe's (of State College) back and told them what had happened. The agent said that she was too busy to talk and hung up. They did not call back even though they said they would.

I ended up filing a chargeback with the credit card company, and will never visit any Moe's again.

I had ordered from Moe's with my account over 100 times. What's funny is that they tried to give me a "free burritos for a year" promotion, which I will now never use, because who cares if the burritos are free if they're not what you ordered?

I’m disappointed & dumbfounded to see such negative reviews for out-of-town Moe’s. The crew at the Moe’s in Port. St. Lucie at SLW TownCenter is crushing it. Those kids are like certified burrito scientists or something. I get lunch there 2-3 times a week. I seriously have like $30 worth of banked rewards on my Moe’s app right now.

First time here and the employee was nice and cheerful. The steak burritos were filling .I was impressed..Great stop in between flights.

Moe’s does not train their staff when they hire them. They just expect them to know what they are doing. How do you expect them to know what they are doing when they have never worked before?? If they have worked before, the job may have been something completely different. You might give better service and have less mistakes made if you properly trained your staff.

I've never eaten at Moe's in college town. I've read the reviews. Idk if they're true, accurate, false or what. I do know I'm a new hire who hope to bring, culinary experience, quality guest service and a new, fresh experience to Moe's for the guests. I think the team at Moe's is dedicated and hardworking. During the time I was at Moe's for my interview, I observed the guests and workers on the line. The food was prepared and served expeditiously. I didn't hear one complaint. This was during lunch rush. The staff was very professional and polite. We look forward to providing our guests the absolute best services and food quality available. See you soon.

Jun 17, 2021, $3.99 for a taco that was a small hard shell with little meat. Not worth the price. Wife received a burrito that was cold and we had to wait over 15 minutes to get our food. Go elsewhere, Taco Bell would be better. Asked for feedback on their web site under Contact and no response for the last three days. UPDATE: General Manager responded and offered to redo the meal.

Murrysville PA. Horrible experience, dirty food prep area, employees do not wear masks. Operating hours cut, manager says employee shortage, I can see why.

I ordered 3 burrito build your own bowls 1 was a meal. Never got any of the chips or salsa with any of the bowls and it was take out . I ordered online and picked up my order got home and noticed I didn’t have any of the chips or salsa. My soda was flat and warm. I will never order there again.

Moe's Regency, Jacksonville, Florida, is the absolute most horrible Moe's I've ever visited. Line person refused to listen to instructions, cashier wouldn't even listen to questions, all employees clearly didn't want to be working even though we are the only ones in the restaurant, tables filthy, completely unacceptable.

I love moes could you please look into bring moes to wolcott ny. We only have pizza and McDonald’s we need more choices and more jobs.

Ordered the “Homewrecker Bowl.” The iceberg lettuce was a clump of wilted shreds, the tomatoes were well past ripe, and the guacamole the worst I’ve encountered. There was plenty of rice, a few beans, and bits of steak. I’d give this lunch 1 out of 5 (with 5 as praiseworthy). Do not recommend.

Our experience started with employee putting old hard rice top of fresh then tried to serve it to us. New employee could not roll burrito correctly so his co-worker snatched it from him and rolled it herself while giving him nasty looks. Very rude to each other and customers. Don't add their stingy spoon of queso and guac to your burrito. Costs $3 vs bowl of queso is $6. A kids MooMoo with tiny scoop of quac and queso went from $4.99 to $7.97. Homewrecker is $7.49 and the better deal. I used to go Sandhills, SC location once a week. No more!

Ordered online, was charged. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told that they did not receive order. I did not believe them and asked for a refund. I feel the order wasn’t ready on time and they wanted an excuse for that. How do you get charged for an order that a restaurant doesn’t have?

Normally pretty good. The food we got today in Camillus, NY was not good. It was very salty, the hamburger was thick from dehydrating which concentrated the seasonings. The food was too spicey hot. The portions were abnormally insufficient which turned out to be a blessing because of the poor quality of the food. My wife and I are very upset because this was a restaurant that we could always count on for a quality, fresh, tasty meal.

Moe’s in Bethlehem, Ga is a fantastic place to enjoy a meal, dine in or carry out, we love the service and the food every time we visit! I give them 5 stars on every review board I can locate and I am an anonymous customer of Moe’s, they do not know me and likewise I know none of them- I write reviews of places when I experience out of the norm, service and Moe’s happens to be a place I highly recommend! Love you guys!

We dined at the Moe's at 181 Brookton Circle, Myrtle Beach this evening, 10/27/20. It was outstanding. Food was great and employees were friendly, professional, an courteous. We will be back. Keep up the outstanding work. K. B.
