We went in to look at secondary school uniform for our daughter, we had our younger son with us who has additional needs. Antonela served us and was a great help, she was professional and she was very patient when my daughter wanted to try on various sizes.

Simran at the Dockside, Chatham store was absolutely brilliant! She knew exactly what we needed. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient while my 6 year old tried on various items of clothing.

Homewood school shop 5*
Excellent experience today at the homewood school shop! Amy helped us with everything we needed, easily judged what sizes my son would need in everything we required today, she knew what was and wasn't compulsory for his year group, and because she knew his size so easily he didn't have to try on multiple sizes which was perfect for him as he struggles with doing this.

Antonela at Monkhouse Swindon
We had made an appointment for the 9th, however popped in today in the hope to grab the uniform earlier.
We were greeted by Antonela and she sorted everything for us in the most professional and supportive way.
My 10 year old was very excited about trying on uniform today, and Antonela just added to the excitement by making the experience seamless.

Unfriendly and rude staff
We went to the shop in Tunbridge wells. I understand they were busy but the staffs were very unkind. We asked her questions, they just answered very rudely and when we asked to have the basket for the uniform, one staff kicked the basket to us. She was very rude, I couldn’t believe it. No help at all, I wish we had another shop to buy uniform.

Monk house store in Horsham
Lauren from Monk House store in Horsham is incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Excellent service. I was given a gift card for school clothes which we couldn't use in the store but she helped me order everything online. They have everything here in store and a fantastic service all round.

Fantastic to have Monkhouse back in Yate!
It’s been great having a local store again that serves so many schools in the area.
Last year was tough without one — having to travel or deal with wrong sizes when ordering online and sending things back was a real hassle.
The service at the Yate store has been excellent. The staff are knowledgeable about each school’s uniform and really helpful with sizing
