We had an appointment booked and Rina got everything out for us that we needed. There were a couple of things we needed to order online but that’s been done and I did get a discount for free delivery.
The shop was quite busy and so around the changing rooms and till, it was quite crammed. Appreciate there are a lot of uniforms to have on display though. Thanks Rina!

We made an appointment for 9am in your Gloucester store. I had two children at different schools to kit out. Jaimee was amazing! I always find clothes shopping stressful, I didn’t feel flustered once. She was a great help when deciding on sizes. She knew exactly what was needed for both schools. Wonderful experience and extremely helpful staff
I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to the Monkhouse school wear shop at Bolton School. The girl who served me was very polite and extremely helpful. Unfortunately I do not remember her name to mention here. She was very patient and trying to help me find the right sizes and the items I will need for the new school year.

We went to buy first set of uniform for…
We went to buy first set of uniform for our child who will start secondary school in year 7. We couldn’t get an appointment with a good time so walked in the shop. Simran was really kind and helpful. We told her the school name and she patiently helped us with picking the right size and required items. The staff in the shop seem to know the secondary school requirements very well. It made our lives so much easier!
