Charles Poole with Monster Reservation Group was kind and personable and answered the questions I had about an upcoming trip. It was great to talk to a person when calling Monster and not a recording.

Aaron Nelon assisted me on my call to secure my reservation that I had previously spoken to Ryan Foreman about. The reservation was made with the exceptions that Ryan had promised along with the deposit to be waived because of a concern I had with not receiving my deposit on a prior trip to New Orleans because the accommodations were under renovation and I was not able to do my scheduled tour. Thank You Aaron and Ryan.

Well I called needing to confirm my booking but to my surprise I was told they go by certain qualifications in florida so of course they change it to another location and gave me other options which wasn't bad. I just hate that they fase advertised but one representative by the name of alijiah Thornton really went far and beyond to help me. She was very informative and had great rapport when it came to customer service.

Tristan was very helpful in rescheduling my vacation. Highly recommended!

She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. She answered my questions and went the extra mile to help me book my trip. The only bad part is that she doesn’t have a direct number so that I can call her every time to assist me.
