Alan Arias was most helpful with my initial inquiries regarding a reservation. I had quite a few questions. He answered them all promptly and encouraged me to call back if he could be of any assistance.

Don’t buy any packages from this company. The resorts I’ve been to are not great. Once you do your tour and you try to book other packages they never have what you want when you want it. They keep adding fees onto everything. They’re a total scam. I have spent so much money reaping packages that we’re supposed to never expire but did. I still have a total of 24 vacations to use with them right now. I’m getting one but they keep wanting more money more money more money. Don’t believe anything. They tell you when they call you.

Absolutely a pleasure to speak with Charles Poole. He found the best vacation package deal for my birthday.

Ashley was very professional and helpful. She listened well and provided great customer support. However, I am questioning Monster's business model, I was promised that my trips would not expire and that I would be able to travel internationally. There are not many international trips available.

Marc was very friendly, and helped me book my vacation

James was courteous and kind. The system didn’t have the availability that I wanted but he was helpful.

So far the agents (like Summer) on the phone have been easy to work with, however, they did not have availability in the time and place I wanted. But, Summer explained things well and made some good suggestions, including to call back closer to my Desire date, because the inventory changes.

Thanks to Tariq at Monster Vacations the package deal that I did the steps for was booked and handled. Originally going through Booksi travel which caused a delay in booking due to technical issues I am not fully read in on but Monster handled, the vacation dream is a reality.
