M.C.C. - Motorbikers Cosmetic Avis 

Started with Sleepy Head at Christmas, and have since experienced the best sleep I've had in years. If, like me, you struggle with restful sleep, why not give it a go - it definitely works for me!

Products are amazing, I love them, but the customer service recently let them down badly. I placed an order on Boxing Day, 26th December. There was no advice on whether or not delivery would be delayed, so I expected it within the usual delivery times, given the fact that the following day was a normal working day. However, by Friday 3rd January I still hadn't received my order, so emailed them to check. I didn't get a reply, so on Saturday 4th January I contacted them on their website, which stated that they were there Monday to Friday. Presumably they received my online contact on Monday 6th January, but I still got no response. I did however receive my order the day after, 7th January, noting that it had been dispatched on 6th. I think they had actually forgotten my order - they didn't forget to take my money though, that was done on 26th December upon ordering. It may be better if they took an example from other companies, and only charged upon dispatch of orders. Had they bothered to respond to my queries, I would have been far happier, but bad customer service is, in my view, unacceptable, when you have given them your custom.

I was happy with the delivery of this product, warrior balm, but after trying it for a couple of weeks, it didn’t work for the pain in my knees. I contacted the company on several platforms, but they didn’t respond.

The only one unhappy with my purchase(s) is my bank account! These products have become a minor obsession. They smell amazing and feel like a real self care treat, which is so important. It distracts me from pain even when it doesn’t remove it completely. My hair is in lovely condition from the shampoo and my skin is so soft! The Facebook group and staff at the company could not be more supportive - the whole experience is like a big hug which is so rare these days!

The parcel arrived quickly and was well packed and presented. I ordered warrior balm and the sleepy oil and have been so impressed with the results already and have already ordered more warrior balm. Having fibromyalgia I am always looking for ways to manage my pain and this has been the best product I have found. Highly recommend both products

This is a very special company creating amazing products. All the products I have used have been incredible and I could not be without their warrior balm in particular. Beki & Mark are so supportive of their customers, always available to answer questions and provide advice and support. Living with fibromyalgia and associated conditions is very challenging and MCC understand this from first hand experience.

I love natural remedies in general but these products are truly amazing so much so I have recommended them to my friend who recently was diagnosed with fybromialga
