Highly satisfied.
The information on their website was very clear and helped me get a proper picture of the options open to me.
I could not find a better price online, particularly for the package offered.
The correct product arrived promptly and undamaged. I’ve not fitted it yet, but I’ve no reason to believe there’ll be a problem.

Purchased replacement filters for PIV unit
Very helpful company, giving excellent advice each time I ring up on the phone. I even had a call-back to ensure that they would be sending the correct sized filters for our PIV unit, as there were variable sizes available. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone's home ventilation needs.
