OML... my driver arrived early which was really cool. Was really polite from start to finish and was funny as well.
He knew so many back streets which was really cool as well, that we got to King-Cross/ St Pancras in really good time.
He waited for me to sort out the payment as well. So THANK YOU so much :-)

Mount Cars are simply fantastic. Their dispatchers are quick to answer calls and address any queries effectively. Their drivers are friendly and punctual. Finally, their app is great and you can track a driver's progress to picking you up and when a journey has ended, which is useful when you are arranging someone else's cab (e.g. a family member) for them.

Very reliable company. Booking by phone is really simple and the agents are friendly and really helpful. Communications are excellent. I have taken one star off because although it’s brilliant to be able to book online, it’s not particularly easy to find your way around the online booking and the text messaging connected with online booking doesn’t always work efficiently, although emailing works well. Highly recommended company

We- 85 and 77- have had to use Mount Cars quite a lot recently, mostly for the inevitable hospital appointments. Always on time, drivers courteous - and, when your in their 'system', which recognises your phone number and addresses you by name, can tell me how long it will be before the driver- car make and reg- arrives to return us home.......

Mount Cars were fantastic from start to finish. Booking was easy and each of the four cars I booked were on time and very professional.

We will be back if we are in the area again.

Good reliable company, turned up a little yet made up time well.

My friend and I were returning from a coach holiday and weren’t 100% sure of the exact time our coach would drop us off. No need to worry as the cab was there to pick us up. It really helped knowing the reg and make of car as there were several cabs picking people up.

The driver arrived on time, he was very polite and helpful as I use a walking aid so need assistance. The journey was uneventful but pleasent with intelligent conversation. And then again I had assistance getting out of the car and my walking aid being given to me.

The car was on time. The driver patiently waited for us to be ready. Very helpful in packing the luggage and unpacking at the destination. The drive was smooth and pleasant.
And the car was clean inside and outside.

Airport pick up and I was an hour later than expected and the driver sat patiently waiting with no complaints at all. Very responsive driver as I was able to call and message with updates as I was going through the busy airport. This is definitely the most reliable and trustworthy car service in east London and I highly recommend them to anyone. Used them a bit over the last 20 years even though I’m a driver, they seem just as good as they were years ago I’m glad to see nothings changed! Only car service number I have in my phone!
