I have just bought my first home using the new homes group, everything has gone so smooth and I am so grateful for everyone’s help. Especially Samantha, James and Jess. Sam kept me updated with everything during the process and made me feel at ease to ask any question big or small. I felt so involved and understood where we were in each step of the process. When they give a time to telephone they stuck to that time and this helps make the customer feel valued.
Will dealt with us and never failed to give updates, even if there had been little or no progress from our last update. Always courteous and knowledgeable and made sure he gave his time and made himself available to answer any questions.

Samantha Bak was particularly proactive and supportive keeping us informed and up to date and provided a calm and friendly voice during this process which is stressful at times . We have now completed our sale and looking forward to our new house . Very timely and responsive support .

Various issues in the process/chain could have ended up being very stressful and/or increasingly delayed, however Kelsey was overseeing this and she was amazing! Every week, she called me with an update, and when things needed more frequent attention, she was “on it”, being the person who kept communication and action “active” up and down the whole chain.
