Good old fashioned customer service
My son ordered the Bahco 1/2" limited socket set on my behalf for my husband, he was absolutely delighted with it. Jason has used Moran's for years and has never had any problems with them in fact he's even asked there advice and got excellent responses from there staff. This is great old fashioned customer service, and I will be using them.

I’ve still not had my order as an error…
I’ve still not had my order as an error occurred and the wrong item was attempted to be delivered. No contact from the company so I’m having to chase what’s going on. Not a great experience so far.

I ordered an item from you last…
I ordered an item from you last Thursday 5th before the 1pm deadline. I paid extra for next day delivery and the item did not turn up so I had to email you on Monday and was informed the item had not been dispatched and you issued a full refund. This was very inconvenient as I needed the item for Saturday 6th and you did not deliver on your promise. I also waited In all day for the delivery on Friday and I was unable to complete the job I had booked in for the Saturday as I didn't have the tool required to do the job.
