More than a week, no sign of delivery
Ordered it more than than a week ago, still don't know where it is. Ordered it for a friends wedding that's tomorrow and no sign of it yet. Will never use this website again.

Sorry you didn't receive it; if you had let us know it hadnt arrived, we would happily have resent it for you, to make sure you had in time for the wedding. Has the item still not arrived? If so, please can you confirm your shipping address and we will send a replacement asap.

I received the products I ordered today and I love them! They are so nice. I got a couple of pins and a handkerchief. Everything is what I wanted. I even got a discount on my next order.
However, I think there was a small mistake. I got two extra pins. Would you like for me to return them or pay for them? Let me know.

Absolutely amazing service. Ordered a pin as a Christmas present around 14.15 one day - I knew it was about this time as I was at work and part way through my break.
I didn't pay for any additional delivery, just standard as there was no rush to receive it...and it came the very next day!
It's a beautiful pin at a great price and I know the recipient will love it!
