What can I say it never nice when ur boiler goes down especially on a sunday and expecting the worst case scenario but once I got the recommendation of a friend I spoke to a engineer sunday evening he was onest and very stright forward and what a service next morning at my property ready to carry out the boiler needed I would strongly advise this company to any who has boiler issues top service 10/10

Excellent boiler service by the company Mr Reactive. They sent one of their engineers (Tamrez) who was extremely polite, courteous and excellent at his job! Finished the job in a timely manner and left the house spotless!

Received a leaflet through my door a couple of weeks ago from Mr Reactive and thought I would keep hold of it after having trouble over the winter finding someone to repair our boiler. I’m so glad I did! After smelling gas coming from the boiler, they responded within 1 hour of me calling me them, identified the fault, repaired the boiler and had it back up and running in no time. The engineer was fantastic and kept me informed throughout, showing me what he was doing and why. A truly professional service and would happily recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Our gas boiler engineer was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. From the start it was clear he was fully aware of the job required and knew our boiler like the back of his hand. Upon checking the vessel pressure it was clear to him that it hadn’t been charged for some time and so rectified this. I couldn’t have been happier with this visit and the engineer was very kind and courteous. I would definitely have him back for future services.
