A leak dripping through the ceiling was…
A leak dripping through the ceiling was a worry. However the insurance company (John Lewis/ RSA) were
reassuring. The emergency services admin took a while to sort out but the guys (Tamrez) that attended were exceptionally good and both knowledgeable and quick. A credit to their company. Thanks for your help.

An engineer came out to fix my boiler in 2 hours.
He was very lovely, talked to me through out and explained how to use my new thermostat.

Boiler service & gas safety.
Engineer arrived on time, explained what he was going to do. Serviced the boiler first and showed me what he was doing every step of the way. Also carried out a gas safety check on the hob and gas meter. The engineer went the extra mile and repaired a leaking pipe and bled a radiator. Engineer was polite, very professional and knowledgeable.

Prompt response, came out on New year's day, 2 hours after reporting leaking boiler. Great guys who were polite and friendly, the fault was fixed within the hour. Excellent service would definitely recommend

I had NI gas services out from…
I had NI gas services out from Bradford, what a bunch of lying miserable conning engineers, I was told by a friend to use MR REACTIVE from Bradford. Lovely set of lads, great service, pleasant honest got to the problem advised me further on how to maintain my boiler. I will only use these guys moving forward and highly recommend all to use you will not be disappointed.

A very professional individual Who did a very good job I am very pleased with this company who I highly recommend the young individual gave me advice on how to maintain my boiler and went out of his way to do additional work which he did not charge me for I just wish I had used this company before and saved myself a lot of money and stress
