Munster Joinery Avis

Would recommend muster joinery. From the start our rep Ronan o Hare was fantastic. He has a great knowledge and was very fast coming to measure and give the quote to us. A great service

Our sales rep ronan o hare was a grest support, made everything very simple. The service overall was very efficient and we are very happy so far. Would definitely recommend. Showroom staff In Galway also very helpful.

Munster Joinery’s showrooms are pleasure to visit, we called to both Cork and Dublin to see the products.
The staff we met were very helpful and generous with their time in both locations. The selection and variety on display made understanding and choosing the doors and windows a lot easier.
Bill McCauliff, our local rep was always helpful and available throughout the process.
The fitting team were very efficient. They arrived at 7am and had completed 15 windows and 4 doors by 10.30am that morning. They were polite, friendly, organised and Tom answered all our questions. The accuracy of the measuring that was done, how the fitters left the site neat and tidy and the quality of the end product and overall service was excellent.
We now await the service team to install trims to the timber sliding door, make a slight adjustment to 1 hinged door and check over the windows which has been scheduled in the next week.
The only thing that prevents a 5 star rating is the quotation process.
We would expect, as with any other supplier, to have a breakdown cost for each window/ door as it would help with making a simple choice between 2 options that could have cost implications like colour mix, timber v PVC door etc. We got a total figure for single glazed and one for double glazed only.
This is not a criticism but it would definitely help the decision making for customers as with current build trends every cost really matters.

A very positive experience with Munster Joinery. After another local window supplier let us down and gave us back our deposit; Munster Joinery quoted, measured and fitted the windows/doors within 5 weeks for our new build - 20 windows and 5 sets of doors. Before placing an order we went to their showroom in Ballydesmond and got great advice. The fitters on site did a tidy job. No issues to report 2 weeks on.

We have now had two sets of windows supplied by Munster Joinery and find the quality of their products to be excellent. Dealing with Bill McAuliffe is always a pleasure and no matter the size of job he will always go out of his way to measure up and give advise on the best solution.

Sid made everthing easy. Very helpfull and professional, Thank you Sid.

We have had our Munster Joinery hardwood windows now for about ten years and have been happy with them so far apart from the fact the birds pick out and losen the rubber seal of the windows which have to be fixed and glued in again.
But now, meaning last December our house was broken into and the kitchen window was opened with a crowbar and consequently damaged so that the window could not be closed again. We rang our local MunsterJoinery contact and he came and screwed the window closed and said that the lock had to be renewed. As ours is a holiday home we agreed that this would be done at Easter. We we were not able to get hold of anybody from Munster Joinery to repair the lock within 4 weeks we stayed in Ireland. In the summer we tried the same, we had to pay €129.- upfront to make sure that someboday would come. Within 8 weeks we stayed in Ireland it was not possible to get anybody from Munster Joinery to repair the kitchen window. We are now going to Ireland for another 2 weeks and will see if we get anybody to fix the window. If not in December it will be have been a year since we got into contact with Munster Joinery for this service! And we have had no answer whatsoever.

Great working with Robert from Munster Joinery. He helped us with our new windows for our new build and was supportive all throughout! Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service and excellent product.

Windows are very good quality. Quick delivery time which in turn allowed for progression with other work. Very efficient window installers. Sales rep James Hickey very helpful.

Bill McAuliffe was great, the whole experience ordering, installation of the windows and door and the quality check afterwards made the experience seemless.

We recently got our windows and doors from Munster Joinery and couldn't be happier with the experience. Brian was great to deal with from start to finish. He was professional, helpful and made the whole process straightforward. We're delighted with our new windows and doors and would highly recommend Brian to anyone considering Munster Joinery. Excellent service all round

Ordering was made so easy, Brian came out and measured up and went through options with us and we placed the order there and then and the windows arrived a week later. The installation was quick and tidy and the windows are a vast improvement on what was removed.

We got windows and doors on a new extension in 2011. The main window was very large and difficult to measure, as it is double height cathedral style. Niamh did a great job measuring the window and the builder was extremely impressed at how well it fitted when it was installed. Niamh took the time to go through the options available to us. She is very pleasant to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend her.

I used Munster Joinery to supply and fit new windows and doors on our renovation project. The sales rep, Stephen O Farrelly was very helpful providing suggestions from his years of experience. The process ran smoothly with an on-site walk with Stephen and the fitters. Clear timeframes were provided for when the works were to start and finish.

Hugely positive experience with Munster joinery. Our builder met 7 different window companies to look at some necessary replacement sash windows for our Victorian home. He found Munster joinery to be professional, flexible, competitive and as he said “talked the most sense”.
The windows arrived on time, fitted perfectly despite several odd shapes and sizes, no problems. They are beautiful. Such quality and finish, beautiful ironmongery.Great experience and delighted we went with them.
