Munster Joinery Avis

Top class quality stuff and sales rep James Hickey. He was very helpful and got everything right. Couldn't of asked for any better. Lads fitted them very good aswell. Will recommend onto anybody i know looking for stuff.

Robert Hanrahan/Munster Joinery was a friendly and efficient service. Very impressed with my windows and doors and how they were installed, tidy and professional.

Great advice from the rep Sean McCrudden. He was very easy to deal with. Munster are reasonably priced for aluclad windows and a very fast turn around time from when we paid until when they were installed. The window installers also left an extra tin of foam for me. Also one window had a mark on it that wouldn't come off and another wasn't opening easily. Munster sent out their window service engineer (Paul Coleman) and he adjusted the windows and cleaned the mark off and put on another window latch on a window. Munster Joinery are good. We have no complaints.

Leaking windows and a whole pane just failed; could have showered my young children with glass. I called customer services and they wouldn't help, insisting on a call out charge just to get someone to have a look at the problems. The call handler was so quick to say email info at munsterjoinery.ie to speak to a manager that they must do that all the time. The email bounced back, that address doesn't even work. This company is terrible quality and terrible service. I will never use it again.

Terrible quality windows.
We built in 2024. All the latches... literally all of them are stiff and almost unusable now just 2 years on. They started going after less than a year. I rang up to get them fixed and was told the warranty was 12 months. Even tho at point of sale I was led to believe it was a 10 year warranty. They have some spiel on how the warranty for 10 years only covers condensation inside the glass. Some tripe
Looks like they have not moved on much since the bad quality they were know for in the 90 and 00s.

Best to pay a bit more and get better quality windows

Niamh was so professional in all her interactions with us, we got a sliding door on our extension, there was an issue with the builder regarding 5mls difference in length and niamh addressed it immediately and assured us it wasn’t an issue, which we were most grateful for her reassurance and assertive control, thank you and well done Niamh sharp.

We've been working with this company for over ten years and have always found the quality of their product excellent and very reasonably priced. We've worked with a number of their fitting teams throughout the years and they have always stood out for their professionalism and conscious approach to work when in customers homes. Following completion of the fittings, Colm would always complete a final check of the work and pass on any issues identified to the maintenance team, who are equally as exceptional. I want to call out Justin McArdle in particular, who makes the process a seamless experience for both us and our customers. He's very professional in his approach and always takes time with the customers to ensure they're happy with the design and colour scheme. For these reasons, amongst many others, we would always recommend Munster Joinery.

Brian was very easy to work with and quickly answered all our queries. He also helped with follows ups re: grants etc

Brian O'Rourke was a pleasure to deal with from the outset. He was always available to answer queries and make recommendations and most importantly what he measured fitted perfectly.
Quality of product was 1st class.

I would highly recommend Munster Joinery. From the very beginning of my journey, I found Niamh Stack to be very helpful and informative on all aspects of the products. Niamh gave great advice on the formation of the windows/ doors and especially color. The sliding door with the big window is superb. Delivery of the product was very prompt and the date of delivery and fitting were as told. My overall experience is excellent and could not fault any aspect of the works. Thank you Niamh for the painless journey.

Brian was one of the few prepared to take my job seriously. As a result we able to establish window and door types, colours, costs, and timeline very quickly and efficiently.
Which was exactly what I needed.

Everything was great from start to finish. Brian O’Rourke was brilliant, gave us quotes and organised, sent staff for measurements and took care that the windows were manufactured and put in within the agreed time. We can totally recommend Brian and Munster Joinery for your doors or windows!

We recently had our windows and doors replaced through Muster Joinery, and I’d especially like to thank Niamh, who was our representative throughout the process.

From the very beginning, Niamh was extremely helpful, professional and easy to deal with. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions and kept us informed throughout the process. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and we always felt that we were in safe hands.

The communication and organisation from Niamh were excellent, and she made what could have been a stressful process very straightforward. She was also very friendly and approachable, which made a big difference.

We were renovating an older commercial building into a family home and I had no idea where to start with the windows and doors. Justin McArdle was our rep and was fantastic to deal with. He helped us to pick a design for our windows that would suit a family home and the existing structure. The process was very straightforward and the job was completed quickly. Any questions we had, he came back to us quickly. Would recommend!

Our sales representative, Justin, is always helpful, friendly and reliable. There is no one else we would trust to supply our windows and doors.
