ABC Academy of Music Avis 

My 3 year old and both of us parents experienced the demo class. It was very engaging and he loved it. Unfortunately we cannot sign up due to scheduling conflicts but we will be keeping in touch with the Music school to see if a more suitable time comes up in future.

As a parent, finding the right music class for your child can be a daunting task, but ABC Music School, and specifically Ivan, have made this journey a rewarding and enriching experience for my six-year-old son.

Ivan, a clearly talented violinist, has a remarkable way of connecting with my son. His expertise not only in music but also in teaching is evident in every class. He has successfully tailored the lessons to match my son's budding abilities and interest level, which is crucial at this age.

My son's progress in playing the ukulele has been impressive. Ivan's balanced approach to setting expectations aligns perfectly with the effort my son is willing to put in. It's heartening to see my son advance without feeling pressured or overwhelmed, and that's a testament to Ivan's teaching method.

As a parent, I often sit in during the classes to observe my son's progress, and I am continually impressed with the nurturing learning environment Ivan creates. However, my son is also comfortable attending these classes on his own, which speaks volumes about Ivan's ability to make young students feel at ease.

Additionally, the flexibility of choosing between remote and in-person classes is a huge plus. The remote classes are well-organized, albeit they require a bit of setup due to the specialized software used to minimize delays. This extra effort, however, pays off in the quality of the online interaction.

In conclusion, ABC Music School has provided an enriching and enjoyable musical journey for my son. It's a program that understands and respects the unique pace of each young learner, making it an ideal choice for parents looking to introduce their children to the world of music.

The demo class was great however since I work every other weekend I wasn’t able to sign her up to the classes.

ABC Academy is the best music class. My daughter is 14 months and she enjoys every minute. Ms. April is great and all the techniques used are excellent!

The instructor was dynamic and engaging! My daughter loved every minute.

My 2 year old and I only experienced the demo, but it was really enjoyable. I felt like I was really connecting to my daughter in a special way. She loved the experience and continues to ask me to do some of the dance moves from one of the songs she learned. Due to schedule conflicting we won't be signing up, but we will for sure in the near future! Thank you ABC for the welcoming, fun experience.
P.s. I loved that everyone had to participate. We all got to look silly together!

We have been at ABC for our two kids for many years taking drum and piano lessons. The instructors are kind and professional and the lessons are fun for the kids! They even like to practice! The flexibility of in-person and virtual lessons is an added bonus. The ABC team is responsive and helpful whenever we need to touch base and they go out of their way to accommodate and help us out whenever necessary. I would strongly recommend ABC for any level of music student and continue to recommend them to friends and family.

April is an amazing teacher and every class has been very entertaining and educational for my son Tejas.

Jennifer is so lively and friendly. The class is organized in the perfect way to engage the children and the young at heart. It’s so much fun.

My 6 year old son Joshua has been taking drumming lessons at ABC for a few months and has loved the experience! Barnaby was very responsive to finding the right teacher for Josh, and the environment is kind, nurturing and great for someone of Josh's age who's exploring his first interest in music.

I recently enrolled my 1 year old son in the Music Together class. The classes were absolutely excellent. We really enjoyed them. April was so lovely, and though it took some time for my son to warm up, he loved it once he did. Instruments are some of his favourite things to play with now and I think this class had a lot to do with that. Throughout the length of the course I really appreciated the variety of music and how well thought out it all seemed. It was certainly an upgrade compared to other similar classes we had attended that focused primarily on singing children's songs. I had searched high and low for a real music class for my son to attend, and this ended up being exactly what we were looking for.

Aurora, my voice/singing instructor is excellent - very flexible, offers suggestions, breaks thing down so I can take thing in pieces (e.g. parts of a song). Good warmup exercises. I was very hesitant about starting lessons (embarrassed) but she quickly made me feel comfortable.

My son is more confident now after a few months of attending his classes. Despite of the challenges he encountered, he is happy and excited to learn more what the academy can offer. Staff are very helpful and flexible on scheduling especially make up classes. Excellent job!

Erin is awesome! I took my 10 month old to class and he was one of the younger babies who wasn’t walking yet. Erin made sure to adapt the dance moves to be inclusive for the younger ones so they can participate too. I have nothing but good things to say about this music program and highly recommend it to everyone!

Our son has been taking drum lessons at ABC for 6 years.
We have had an excellent experience! He has learned to read a variety of styles of music that include both jazz and rock. His instructor has been attentive and approachable and very supportive. It’s easy for us as parents to recommend these music lessons.

I started attending the music school with my 9-month-old son. I absolutely love the techniques used. It's not a just-for-fun-sing-along for babies. It is obvious that a lot of subject matter expertise goes into creating this program. I am learning about music myself, and my son enjoys going and spending musical time with other babies. Very highly recommend it.

My son recently began taking piano lessons at ABC Academy of Music. I have seen an immediate increase in his level of engagement with the instrument and he is excited to both practice his new pieces and share his learning with others.
