So glad to read that you managed to use the document numbers at Denpasar airport. We always recommend to download the documents before departure to avoid such scenario's and not be dependent of your data-roaming connection, or the airport wifi-network.

SCAM SITE AVOID
SCAM SITE AVOID. Paid over $600 AUD for visa’s to get into Bali within 48h. They didn’t arrive. Then had to apply for them from scratch at the airport and got them within 5 mins for $150 all up so not only did this website not deliver the product we paid for, but it also MASSIVELY over charged. Avoid at all costs.
EDIT (in reply to below): I emailed as requested and they refused to refund. No information was left out of application as they have implied.

EDIT: can you please identify yourself to our support staff? If we did not send you anything, you are entitled to your money back as subject to our terms and conditions. Only if documents are processed and delivered in time, we do not give out refunds by default.
Have done some research and I am able to find 1 internal review matching your exact wording and mentioned prices. This is tied to a request for a family of 3, arrival date 1 september. All documents have been sent. Please ask for Arne (short for Arnold) to get in touch with me personally so we can get to the bottom of this.

- A missing passport photo — in such cases, we always send an email requesting the missing document.
- A missing passport copy — we also contact you by email if this is required.
- Incomplete or incorrectly provided information that we are unable to verify or process.
For urgent applications, we do charge an additional processing fee for expedited service.
Regardless of the circumstances, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We sincerely hope you can put this situation behind you and enjoy the rest of your holiday in Bali. 🌴

I still don't understand why
I still don't understand why, if you are resident in Aruba, have to indicate the date and transportation way of your departure from the island. Similarly other questions about how did you know about the island or the reason of your "visit" to Aruba, etc., are completely irrelevant.

This application very helpful. Very fast and easy. Got my arrival card in like 10 minutes and after that i could just click to also get the evoa and pay. Got that around 1,5 hours later. I'm very happy with the service.

These folks charge you a $58 fee for submitting your request for an Aruba Entry card. Then $20 for the entry card. $78 total where it should only cost $20 at edcardaruba.aw
They are creating people out of $58 dollar. Use the Aruba Official Site.
