Don’t trust what they say

I bought furniture last month at the beginning of the month I bought couch loveseat and what i thought was a recliner but turns out it’s not it’s a glider .Well the couch and live seat was delivered the 10th of april and was told the glider wouldn’t be delivered until the 18th .As if that wasn’t bad enough i get a message saying they have no deliver dates for a month then they say they will deliver the 22nd .Wow It was bad enough that when we priced it he gave us a certain price but when he totaled it it was much more .He said they must have changed the price .Shady .

Trinity was great help at warwick…

Trinity was great help at warwick outlet, good service and polite. The delivery fee was charged 2x though for same delivery date and address would of been better if just one charge since its all same place and day.

I purchased a couch with chase and ubs…

I purchased a couch with chase and ubs ports with storage under. I need have the couch a whole week before it totally almost caught on FIRE. In my new apartment with guests over we started to smell something turn around and the damn couch was smoking omg good thing we all were clam enough to unplug both sides. I so sick right now they totally didn't take my call seriously my children could of been sitting or laying on this couch when it did that. They sent a technician a yesterday the incident happened Friday and nothing is FIXED now they are saying I have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement USB port. YOU NEVER ADDRESS THE DAMN SOMKING THAT CAME FROM IT THAT COULD HAVE CAUSED A FIRE MY APARTMENT. I will never I mean NEVER spend my hard earned money at bods ever again. I really want a damn refund for this terrible not taken care of properly issue.

Eric Lassiter was my guest experience…

Eric Lassiter was my guest experience specialist. He greeted me right away when I entered the store. He asked me what I was looking for & pointed out the areas I could best find my choices. He gave me the space & time for me to look around without hovering which I very much appreciated. Once I made a choice he did what was needed to get me checked out fairly quickly. He was very friendly & I did not feel any pressure. The whole experience was relaxed & efficient.

White glove service

I bought a table and a bed frame at different times and both times I used the white glove service. The men that do the white glove service are beyond professional, sweet, and was VERY considerate about my home and making sure that they put my items exactly where I wanted! Took all the boxes and trash and set up my stuff within MINUTES. I will be purchasing in the future from bobs and will always add on the white glove service for less stress!

Had a great experience with Charlie at…

Had a great experience with Charlie at the Newport Ave, Attleboro, MA location. We were looking at couches to purchase and Charlie gave us lots of helpful information with the perfect amount of time/space to look around without feeling pressured. Go see Charlie if looking for furniture at Bobs!

The delivery is a joke it should not…

The delivery is a joke it should not take 2-3 months to get our furniture they told us a few days so they lied when it’s actually months befor you get your stuff it’s very frustrating and ridiculous very disappointing will not shop here again !!!!

100% Amazing Service! Don’t go anywhere else!

We had an excellent experience at Bob’s. Our salesperson is John and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. He was super patient and explained everything thoroughly. He even came in on his day off to ensure we got exactly what we wanted!!! The manager there, Ritchie, was also awesome!!! 100% recommend!!!

Great Experience Today!!!

We had an amazing experience with our purchase today!!! Our Guest Experience Specialist Demitrius gave us top-tier customer service today! His patience and attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. He greeted us with a pleasant smile and was 100% knowledgeable about every piece of furniture we asked about. He definitely represents Bob's Furniture well!

I had a really great experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture from start to finish. The store had a wide selection, and everything was well organized, which made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for without feeling overwhelmed.

The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—not pushy at all. They took the time to answer my questions, explain options, and helped me stay within my budget while still finding quality pieces

Item removal /customer service

We bought a loveseat and pull out bed. Everything went well. The delivery shows up and they say we can only take half of the sectional couch because it counts as 2 items. If I had known this when asking for removal I would have paid for 2 pieces. I'm already at 180$ for delivery and 150$ for half the couch to be removed. I try to call the sales associate whom gave me their card if I had any questions...of course, no answer. I get in touch with customer service and they say I can reschedule the second piece to be delivered and pay again for delivery plus 50$ to remove the second half of the couch. I said absolutely not..I should have just cancelled the whole order at this point. Now customer service says the truck doesn't have room anyways to take the second half of the couch. Remember I had 2 pieces coming in and one going out. The bottom line here is the sales associate should have asked what kind of couch I had to be removed. This headache could have been avoided. The wording on the invoice says "removal item sofa" Now the delivery company tells me I can give them 200$ cash to take the second half of the couch and I might be able to get a credit in the end. So magically there's room on the truck. So I get back in touch with customer service and they ask what I wanted. I just said to possibly retrain your sales team on specifying items for removal to start and to come get the second half of the couch. Well, they said they'd get back to me and haven't heard from them at all 3 weeks later. I couldn't waste anymore time on the phone trying to call them back. I get the message that they don't care about their customers at all. I still have half a couch with my new loveseat in my living room..lol. It's a shame because I love the new pieces we bought. I will never make a purchase there again and I think they could care less.
