The whole team was amazing! Great customer service. Kay was great helping streamline the process and made things very easy. They helped ease a lot of the stress in furnishing an entire home.

I walked in the store yesterday and no one came to help but the young lady came over and was very helpful because of her I bought the dinning set and bar you have a good worker can’t remember her name

Bobs is a gerneral discount and all they care about is making money. We purchased a $3000 reclining sofa. On delivery it was not put together right. As soon as we realized we called and were told there was nothing the could do. Finally, they sent us a second one. After a week the switch to recline the sofa stopped working. We have been waiting for the switch 4 weeks. When we call everyone says they have no idea when the part will arrive. Please remember the discount before you buy. They have not resolved our issue.

They give us an awesome attention and the guy attends us his so nice and he has a wonderful attitude

I went to the store and was greeted at the front door. I was directed where the sectionals were. Salesman came up a few minutes later and then went back to the front door to talk to other associates and never came back. Tried to order online. Spent over an hour to get what I wanted. Online rep did not want to process the order again after my bank sent an anti-fraud text. Said to go into the store. Claimed that was the only way it could be completed. What a waste of time, both ways.

Ernest and Sergio were incredibly kind and helpful, they did such an amazing job making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Ernest especially had a great sense of what my style was and what I was looking for

Don’t buy anything now unless you need it to be delivered by November. 2 months ago I was told 6 months to get it delivered, now it’s been extended to 8 months.

I will never buy anything from this store again, hell of an experience and no answer other than I could sell you another item for twice as much the original purchase..

The sales representatives were exceptionally helpful when it came to helping us chose the right furniture for our newly reconstructed living room. They provided coffee and snacks while we waited and the processing time was super quick. Even had the time to create a profile for future purchases when we do come back.

Absolute horrid experience. The delivery window meant nothing. They showed up two hours after the cap. One of the items needed returning and the CS rep would not allow a return for items that weren't defective even though this item in question was meaningless seeing as though it did not arrive on time for our party

The service worker at the furniture center was accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and sold me a beautiful, comfortable mattress.

The next day delivery was fantastic. The item arrived early in the morning so I could go about my day. The workers worked in unison to deliver a beautiful mattress. They wrapped the old mattress and carted it away. There was no fuss, no dirt, no wait; all matters were handled with expertise.

The two employees at Bob's Discount Furniture were fantastic at helping me find what I needed 05/09/26, completing my order, and scheduling delivery. The delivery team listened to my concerns/questions, and they were so professional and courteous 05/13/26.

I just received my new sofa and love seat this past Saturday. I have purchased from Bob's Discount Furniture before and was happy to do so again. From the time I walked in the store to the time of delivery. The customer service was impeccable. I was greeted right away and the staff asked me what I was looking for. I was shown the living room furniture section which was impressive. It was a tough choice but with the help from the staff and my family I made my choice. The delivery was quick, efficient and clean. Rick showed me the tv stands that fit my needs. I ultimately picked one and it will be delivered Saturday. I was pleased with the whole interaction and will shop at Bob’s again.

We went to the Seabrook NH store yesterday looking for a recliner for our camper. Chad C was so helpful and patient with us and found us the perfect recliner that we love! Top notch customer service ❤️

Delivery was prompt and professional. The team was respectful, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving the apartment. They also arrived right on time, which I really appreciated

I have purchased a power recliner from Bob's furniture store.
The delivery staff, especially "Fernando," was very professional, punctual, and delivered the recliner without damage and placed it precisely as requested. He had strong communication skills, was polite, and assembled the recliner perfectly. He respected my home by using shoe covers to protect my carpet. I highly recommend the White Glove delivery.

The delivery of our dining set was quick and easy. The crew sent texts to pinpoint their arrival time. The dining set is good quality. During setting it up, we noticed one chair was wobbling a bit. The crew immediately contacted customer service, and we set up delivery of a new chair two days later. We have ordered from Bob's before, and will continue to do so, as they have good quality, fair pricing, and excellent customer service!
