Our advisor Cheryl McIntosh came up with an itinerary based on what we wanted to do and added suggestions and advice which was FANTASTIC thanks Cheryl! We went as a couple independently with everything arranged and organised for us- I could not believe how well everything worked! Not one single thing went wrong all our scheduled pick ups including hotels and transfers, rail tickets, cruise - all went according to plan. I am so impressed with my Canada trips I would not hesitate to use them again!

I spoke with a few tour operators which specialised in Canadian holidays, but I found My Canada Trips to be the most informative, helpful and provided common sense advice when planning a complex holiday. Cheryl helped me organise an itinerary suitable for my family and the level of customer service and her knowledge of where to stay, what to see, how and when to get about was second to none. I felt I was in good hands during the booking process and all my questions were answered. Once booked, the same level of customer service was experienced mainly by Yvonne, who again answered all my questions and helped make changes to the itinerary as and when necessary. The trip was very well organised by My Canada and went exactly as planned.An incredible holiday including a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer and an Alaskan cruise. My mobility issues were also well catered for throughout the trip and all went very smoothly.

I found that all the personnel I dealt with at My Canada Trips went above and beyond my expectations with regard to the support they gave me and my never ending questions.
They deserve a medal for their patience and understanding, nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered promptly and in detail.
The hotel they chose for our overnight stay in Seattle was excellent and right next door to Pier 66, where we embarked on a cruise with Cunard to Alaska.

Our bespoked trip to Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper, on the Rocky Mountaineer train, and finally a cruise on the Holland and America Koningsdam via Vancouver was, from start to finish outstanding. This was a once in a lifetime trip and the whole experience was amazing, full of surprises and life long memories. David White who put together our trip and helped us with our hotel accomodation provided outstanding customer service. All our hotels were fantastic and of the highest quality. The trip on the Rocky Mountaineer train was exceptional with breathtaking scenery, excellent food and brilliant service, and the cruise to Alaska was the highlight of our trip. I would not hesitate in recommending using My Canada Trips to book a holiday. Their customer service is second to none.

Fantastic views of the rockies from the train and the Jasper tramway was excellent. Wildlife trip in Jasper was a waste of time as the majority of the wildlife left the area after the fires in 2024 and have not yet returned. Churchill was incredible and exceeded expectations with many sightings of polar bears including cubs and an incredible display of the Northern Lights.

Wonderfully well-organised trip through mycanadatrips to include the Rocky Mountaineer and a 7 day Alaska cruise as well as 9 other nights as we visited other places including Banff and Vancouver. Communications were excellent right through from booking to the trip 15 months later. Cannot fault them.

Thanks for a super holiday in Banff down to Vancouver. All the planning went like clockwork and without a hitch.

Organisation was perfect. Everything ran exactly to plan.
A little more detail on how to get actual train tickets would be useful- we had to work that out on the hop.
Itinerary was full and varied.
The beds in Toronto were small - only doubles which was a squeeze. Hotels were otherwise just what we needed and well located.
Personally, not loads for us to do in Montreal or Ottawa, but still glad we experienced them. Quebec, Toronto and Deerhurst were great. Niagara is an amazing experience but the town is like Blackpool on acid!

we had an amazing holiday, everything was well arranged, any questions we had were fully answered, all the doccuments came in good time and were easy to use. we would highly recommend.

Thanks to Vicki K for organising the trip of a lifetime to Canada & Alaska, we followed the recommended tour and even loved the tours we wouldn’t have booked ourselves (such as BBQ wagon cookout in Banff), we had complete faith and wasn’t disappointed.
We faced a disappointing time during our trip when our train was cancelled due to wildfires, which was clearly sad and unavoidable. Scott H & team were great to reassure us that they would not leave us stranded in Jasper and would get us to Vancouver - which they did, organising the flight and hotel, keeping in touch, and giving us emergency contacts. We couldn’t have asked for more from My Canada Trips. And the holiday was simply amazing.

Amazing company to deal with! We’ve been working with Shaun who has been fantastic as in all honesty we’ve been nightmare customers ( not our own fault ill health has scuppered our plans) but Shaun has been great!!

we are very disappointed with over all £17,000 trip of a lifetime with 1st 2 hotels Banff & Jasper not high quality and then RockY Mountaineer 2nd day cancel due to Fire which we understand but what was not acceptable for the very poor contingency plan 5 hrs in mini- bus with 2x10 stops & snacks would not purchase ourselves,
day one 5 star service to no stars on 2nd day very disappointed

Amazing trip- chose own destinations and some excursions and then left rest to suggest full trip. All the organisation worked great with amazing scenery, great hotels and fantastic memories.

A brilliant trip with the bonus of excellent weather! Gorgeous scenery and lighthouses galore!
A couple of hotels were very comfortable but in totally the wrong location!

We had a brilliant time in Canada and could not fault the organisation
