For the first time ever my wife and I decided to use a tour operator to plan our latest holiday and we chose My Canada Trips. Having just returned from almost three weeks away we would like to express our sincere gratitude for what was the best holiday experience of our lives. The country is simply breathtaking however we cannot fault the locations, hotels and experiences which were arranged by My Canada Trips. They planned the entire trip around our desire to travel on the Rocky Mountaineer and stay at the Chateau Lake Louise but every aspects including transfers were perfect and want to take this opportunity to thank the entire team for a truly wonderful holiday. We are looking forward to returning in 2029/30

booked trip with 4 day stay in Banff then Rocky Mountaineer to Vancouver for 3 night stay then cruise to Alaska. everything from flights to transfers booked and whole trip ran like clockwork. Jennifer went above and beyond to personalise this trip for us so well including ringing a few days before we travelled to check we were organised . Everything including weather (only one day of light rain!) was perfect. Hotels all excellent and in ideal locations for us. Trips in Banff seeing local wildlife and scenic trips to lakes and glaciers were a particular highlight.

We couldn't fault the booking process which was personal and thorough. Messages and alterations done quickly and without fuss. One or two snags while on holiday, but mostly the holiday went smoothly. We felt supported throughout and had a great holiday.

Contacted My Canada Trips to arrange a bucket list holiday for my wife and myself. I spoke to Sean and he didn’t disappoint. From flights hotels trips and transfers he didn’t disappoint. All we had to do was pack and turn up. Thank you Sean and My Canada Trips for creating a very memorable bucket list holiday.

The trip was well planned and all went smoothly until we arrived in Lake Louise. The itinerary stated a 12.15 pick up next day but arrived at 9.15. Luckily we were ready to depart. We were then dropped at the wrong hotel. I was told by Brewster travel that they hadn’t been informed of a hotel change. We had to take a taxi to the next hotel. The pick up point in Banff was listed as behind the Mount Royal hotel but I managed to get this changed as the company were using a small van to collect guests/luggage (one of our party has mobility issues). This hiccup caused a bit of stress on the day that’s why only four stars given. But overall it was a great and well organised experience!

They never even responded to my enquiry.
Could I trust a company that does not even have the courtesy to quote - it was probably around a 7K/8K holiday.

The booking process was very easy for this holiday. They listened to what we wanted and made the trip special. The hotel choices were good and most of the trips were excellent. We felt one trip was disappointing but that was down to the guide and arrangements made by the company running the trip in Canada. Every other trip arranged by My Canada was fantastic.

From the start of my enquiry for a trip to Canada to the booking process everything was dealt with in a professional manner. I was dealt with by Jennifer who seemed to understand what I wanted. She put together a great itinerary from the information I provided which was sent by email within 24 hours. I was impressed with the service I received and so booked the holiday for next year.
