Initial problem with purchase at checkout and with confirmation of order but this was very swiftly resolved by the customer service team and we are very happy with our purchase. Great laptop for our 10 year old's Christmas present to enable him to do school work and learn more IT skills with it.

Great value laptop, and somebody on the end of the phone to answer questions if you have them.

Ordered a refurbished Lenovo laptop and paid £10 for the Windows 11 upgrade. The laptop arrived quickly, very well packaged to protect it in transit and it feels like new! Very pleased with the whole experience, and it's also good for the environment! Would definitely use My Cheap Laptop in future and would recommend to friends.

Generally very happy. Only reasons not to give five stars was that when it arrived, it was still logged into the administrators account from setting it up, and to cut a long story short, I ended up locked out with no way back in. I called and explained and they immediately sent a new hard drive which has worked perfectly ever since. So slight mistake on their part, rectified immediately and perfectly.

Good spec, professional laptop (robust and capable) in good condition at a fraction of the new price. Delivered quickly and ready to use. Why would you go anywhere else

We were so impressed with our refurbished laptop. We needed something fairly cheap to just do some basic work bits on and found something perfect for us. We were also able to add in extras we needed like Microsoft Office, upgrade RAM and the Processor etc so it meant the laptop we recieved was tailored to our needs. It arrived in perfect condition and is exactly what we needed without costing the earth

Hassle free ordering which was important as i am dislexic . I found the website easy to use

Laptop conked out after three weeks and the repairs were undertaken with no problem. However, the battery life was about 45 mins (they only guarentee 30) and now its less than 15 minutes. In truth, they have honoured their obligations but I don't think I would buy a reconditioned laptop again as the nagging doubt that it will crash again is always there. A bargain can be expensive sometimes.

I was a little worried when I placed the order for a reconditioned DELL Laptop as the saying warns: If it seems too good to be true... it probably is! But I can honestly say when the laptop arrived it was in 'nearly new' condition. Not a mark on the lid, screen or keyboard. I would certainly recommend this Company. Everything came as advertised.
