Delivery time was almost 2 weeks without any notifications.
Most of the item needs to send it back as it's not true to size.. so much bigger..

Great customer service - Royal Mail managed to lose my parcel but MyClothing they were really helpful and organised a replacement for me right away even though it was not their fault! Thank you!

Efficient and helpful service
I often order my children’s school clothes from MyClothing and all items are well produced and arrive in good time. The last time I ordered from them, one item was faulty, which I reported to MyClothing. They very quickly arranged a replacement item and all was well with the replacement. I will continue to order from them and would recommend them to others.

Both times I have ordered from this company it has been an excellent shopping experience. The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. The deliveries have been on time and parcels packed very well. The quality of the clothing is good and so is the pricing!
