Staff uniform
The clothes ordered were just what we wanted the delivery though was another matter absolutely ridiculous out for delivery 2 days running no attempt to deliver it I then arranged to go and pick up from the depot which I had emailed the night before to let them know to be told it was out for delivery on the van !! They went and found the delivery van and took it off the van and handed to me. No response when I asked why it had been on the van twice and not delivered just shrugged his shoulders. Maybe it’s time to change who you use for delivery.

Incorrect size sent
The fact that the white polo shirts were the wrong size even though the size on delivery note was correct.
However this was rectified.

The fabric and the fit are good
The fabric and the fit are good. The only issue is that the inside of the fabric sheds a lot of soft, cotton-like fluff, which sticks to other clothes.

Great quality, just be mindful of delivery time.
All Items ordered were of great quality and accurate sizing.
My only gripe is that my order took 14 days to be delivered, when it was originally stated it would take up to 7 days.
