Expensive and Poor quality, poor communication
I have been buying fleeces for years. The fleece quality has changed this year. The cuffs are very tight. After measuring the 5-6 and 9-10 from the same order, the cuffs are the same size. My older child is complaining and refusing to wear it. I have sent an email Sunday and no response back. I refuse to pay the return delivery when it looks like a manufacturing error. Very slow delivery too. Ordered on 8.9.26, finally delivered 20.9.26

Bag would be nicer with two compartments in it. The small case cannot fit standard length pencils. Quality appears good and delivery updates were great.

Very late delivery and poor or no…
Very late delivery and poor or no communication.
The website states it will take 7 days for delivery, it took over 2 weeks and there was no communication from My Clothing to give a heads up or reason.
I had to call the customer service number before I was told the stitches on the cardigan I had ordered were being made that very day (this was 8 days after I placed the order). It is not acceptable, an email or some communication should have been issued to inform me. This was my first time ordering from My Clothing, and I will not be returning.
