Sent my retirement paperwork 4 months ago called to check it had been received and was correctly completed. Due to pay out 14th July 2022 got email Monday saying form was wrong .Numerous calls since and told something different every time. Bottom line they take no accountability and don't care.Even tried to call their sale team no answer so shows how bad they are .A complete waste of space

After giving 4 months notice of retirement, they require a further 10 working days to even begin to process payment and they do nothing until the very last day. This is a deliberate policy and shows a callous disregard for the well-being of their pensioners.

After progressing to the Ombudsman due to the incompetence of this company in 2015, I was granted compensation, that my complaint was upheld in 2019.
Since this date, an annual statement has not been forthcoming. On 20th April 2022 I requested an up to date statement by email with the view that I may defer to take my allowance. After 3 email requests including a phone call, sparse information was sent by post dated 23rd June 2022. There is no clarity to the investment or the current value of growth since 2015. If the documentation is not forthcoming, I intend to progress yet again to the pension ombudsman.

Extremely poor service, i joined a company that entitled me to join the CSP scheme in February 2022, it has taken them almost 5 months to onboard me - with poor communication, a lack of any urgency, poor customer service - and still stuck in the 1950's a transfer in document signed on Docusign is not recognised they want a wet signature - CSP are stuck in the past and no quality customer service at all.

Well good luck to you at the best of times... But God help you if you have to deal with someone like that young girl called ABBY and are expecting some clear, succinct and accurate advice etc.

She is TRULY a stress inducing very difficult individual... from her fast scouser thick unintelligible accent, to her shocking defensive attitude, to her lack of concern, to her make it up as she goes along
say anything advice... She is is a useless thing and unfit for purpose (really).

Q. Seriously, why is a national pension fund administrator (already heavily criticised by MANY MANY people and Ombudsman) recruiting and allowing mindless unintelligible and apathetic immature bratty plebs to handle calls and carry out such an important and sensitive advice/support role that SHOULD call for clear speech and good communication skills, maturity, intelligence, professionalism and accurate expeditious advice giving?

BE ...DRIVEN CONFUSED , SHOCKED, STRESSED , DISGUSTED and to the point of UTTER FRUSTRATION & ANGER!!

Site is awful they don’t want you to ask them questions on how to change or get info on stuff such as death benefit nominee. I have been trying for a while now to alter death nominee and I can’t get past the percentage box. There is no clue as to what to put in. Also I can’t get info on the widows lump sum that we get as I know mine is small I still need to know how much. It’s frustrating at the lack of info available and lack of contact info. I have emailed previously and the answer I received had no relation to my question. If I had a choice I would leave, they don’t care the staff lack knowledge, the site is not user friendly, but I bet the profits are good. I would not have given one star but you have to for the review,,,trustpilot sort this out

I left employment as a public servant last May. It’s now more than 5 months that I am trying to get my money back from them. It’s by far the worst service I have seen in my life. Stay away from them.

Absolutely apalling service. Continual errors, continual delays, continual contradictions and I am still wating for payment from an application sent in Feb 2021. It is now 8 Sept 2021.
