Beware - maybe good prices but very poor customer service

Wish I had read these other reviews before placing my order!
Paid £100 each for two diffuser fragrance refills PLUS £7.99 delivery cost. Arrived today with both plastic bottles damaged as they were sent in a thin plastic mailing bag with ne loose piece of cardboard.
Sent pictures to company who said that was how they received them from the supplier (really??) and I can return at MY cost and no refund of my initial £7.99. The perfume is probably still OK but their attitude stinks. Will definitely not use again

Further to your reply I call big indentations in the bottom of both bottles damage. Yes they were intact but not in anything like original condition - no one would choose a bottle in that condition in store.

As per the email we sent to you Barbara. The diffuser refill bottles where in tact, with no damages as per your email, therefore the comment above is false. The items arrived to you with no leaks and in proper order. The delivery cost is standard for a standard delivery purchase which takes 3-5 working days, however we actually upgraded your delivery service to a next working day service. However, regardless on delivery or delivery times or packaging, the item arrived in tact with no faults or damages. Therefore as per the refund or exchange policy on our website you are entitled to a refund should the item be returned in the original packaging and un-opened. Following our reply you did not respond, nor return the items therefore we presume you topped up your diffusers with the new liquid purchases and enjoyed the scent. :)

Worse costume service I have ever experienced

Just opened my itam and I must say it looks horrible the gold colour on it is really dark and ugly if that wasn't enough to itam is painted badly / damaged and it looks horrible.
If not enough that the itam is not right the customer service that I have received from Zoe was the worse I ever had!! She was talking over me not wanting to listen all together awful experiences on my first ( and definitely last )purches from this shop . If you want something nice with nice customer service and lovely goods go to Rowen Homes where the customer service is helpful and nice to people.

Ordered a vase it came two days later…

Ordered a vase it came two days later the packaging box was robust and in perfect shape the vase inside was damaged with the neck smashed, emailed them over two days before I got a cheeky reply from ZOE, she said just put the lid on it and no one will know, she said they would refund me 50% of the cost, I agreed then received an email with no details about the refund amount and a rider not saying NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE,emailed this ZOE to ask how much has she refunded..no answer again..I believe the item was broken prior to shipping it....stay clear of them

Scam company

I ordered a set of boxes, paid next day delivery and only one box came. I immediately emailed and Got a response basically calling me a liar! I was astounded… it’s a SET one is no good to anyone I had no reason to lie, no resolution offered and they would not respond to PayPal so has taken me weeks to get my money back.
Scam company do not buy.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - SCAM!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My home rocks is a SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am now having to go back and forth with trading standards and citizens advice because my home rocks believe they are above UK law. The sold me a dining table which had incorrect information online regarding the height, upon receiving the item I noticed not one chair would fit with this table based on their online measurements so I asked for a return. After being told day after day “someone will get back to you tomorrow” a women came to the phone who called herself “the boss” and told me she doesn’t care, she doesn’t have time for this and she’s not refunding me. This so called boss said they don’t have to lose the money for it. The way she spoke to me was disgusting so I asked on the phone call if all calls are recorded and she said yes, but now since I’ve requested a data subject access request,I’ve been told these particular calls were never recorded!

Top quality furniture and really helpful in choosing suitable furniture items

Came into the shop to get a first-hand look at the different furniture available. The Alessandro Luca collection fitted what I wanted for our living room perfectly and the team at My Home Rocks were really helpful in the chosen furniture I went with.

Will definitely be returning when we're ready to furnish another space!

Absolutely appalling company!! AVOID

Absolutely appalling company.
This company have zero customer service and zero experience in retail by the looks of it! Ordered goods that were faulty. They are trying to say they are not! When disagrees to refund at their expense I said I would charge back on my card as per sale of goods act 2015.. they have no clue! Said it was a threat all they had to do was honour by their own returns policy! Wasted days back and fourth arguing with a shop assistant who I find isn’t even they owner!!!

Great Experience, item came directly from Manufacturer

I really felt like I needed to come on here and give my honest review as I must admit I was very hesitant about ordering from this company seeing all the bad reviews. I ordered an RV Astley Mirror for Black Friday and it was the cheapest I’ve ever seen this mirror (and I had my eye on it for about a year!). I paid with my credit card because I knew they would help if anything went wrong. I was feeling a bit nervous when I had received no update on when my order was coming for several days, but I messaged on live chat and was able to speak to a member of the team. I was immediately reassured when I received a call directly from the manufacturer RV Astley to arrange delivery with me. The item came in perfect condition with great packaging.

Can’t fault this company!

I don’t even want to give one star then don’t deserve any absolutely disgusting service the staff are argumentative on the phone , don’t fall for the price match as they don’t , they just rip you off and the same items you can find online nearly half the price , I have told everybody I know not to shop here and I live local but when speaking to people a lot of them have had the same bad experience well you live and learn , but honestly be warned if you see something you like google it and you will find it well over half the price, the excuses they come up with absolutely ridiculous, when you really look into it it’s cheap stuff come from China or somewhere tacky as hell never ever shop there again the staff are awful

Can't believe this company has some bad…

Can't believe this company has some bad reviews this company to me is absolutely outstanding i go here from Glasgow with my mum to visit not just store but Kelly and hannna to as there customer service is outstanding we always get treated like royalty here the furniture and accessories are absolutely stunning. My whole house is mostly from here and will continue to use and everything is high standards and beautiful I highly recommend this place.

Avoid or use at your peril

Bought a piece of furniture for over £2000 was told the delivery men would assemble on arrival, they didn’t even though i had paid for this service. When i unpacked the item there was fixings but no internal shelving. I tried to contact “my home rocks” to complain but they completely ignored all emails and never returned calls. I travelled 250 mile round trip to explain and resolve the problem but was completely fobbed off. They tried to say furniture came without shelves despite there being pre drilled holes for shelves and a bag containing screws and the fixtures. They were not interested. Over priced incomplete product, shower of cowboys. I done some research and found the product on a china website, where i sumize they source there products, and it clearly shows shelves. Please avoid or use at your peril. I have video evidence if you require

Bed was damaged upon arrival

Bed was damaged upon arrival. All parts changed apart from the headboard as we carried it in they said we had done the damage , despite the whole bed being damaged. We asked for some material to have this fixed ourselves. After 5 months of asking no reply’s
It’s true once they have your money no back up service!!
Pay the bit extra from a professional company. Still isn’t right the headboard isn’t fixed properly to the base.
Very Cheap quality! With expensive prices. AVOID

very important

i bought a few home accessories.the box came damaged and multiple dents/chips/scratches/rusted area/paint coatings off on all of the pieces.I wrote to them with pics the same day to the customer servives and then after a few days had to copy the sales team also,as non one cared to even acknowledge the issue.
I raised the case with paypal and the very next day someone write to me citing she was unwell and thus couldnt respond.
i have sent the products back except for 1 but instead of any discount,they didnt have the courtesy to refund my delivery cost.Perhaps too much to ask from an irresponsible company with 45% 1 star reviews.
