Received faulty chandelier

Received faulty chandelier, after me telling them umpteen times the pattern does not match I still waited 6 weeks for pieces that I didn’t need. Then to be told we are going to add 4 extra pieces that are not supposed to be there because the light in fact is a faulty one. No offer of replacement or refund and extremely poor communication in getting back to me with an answer. Spent £8000 on one order and will never purchase from here again.

Avoid like the plague

I would have given no stars but you have to give it at least oneAbsolutely appalling customer service.
The staff really need to get some proper customer service training and a large dose of civility.
Finally got my money back after three months.
Avoid this place like the plague. Very overpriced and quite gaudy products

Really unprofessional customer service

Really unprofessional customer service, attitude disgusting due to the fact their mistakes on not one but several occasions with the order . bought goods and ordered furniture including a corner sofa told back in July 2020 when visiting the showroom when they where happy to take a deposit notified us of a delay during the circumstances due to covid. promised we get delivery for October then Christmas after having a conversation with the owner, when I was going to ask for the deposit back before Christmas as we sold our sofa and had nothing to sit on as lied to the sofa was not ordered untill September found delivery note attached to rubbish left by delivery men . So at the time I was going to go elsewhere she told me it would come January however once we finally got it delivered in January 2021 it was two different half’s the studs different colours half crome and half brushed silver , no apology
After months of emails telephone calls not returned another sofa was delivered after several weeks this again not what we ordered incorrect after months of problems not getting the sofa we ordered we also had a faulty set of draws this was forgotten about and ignored by them and we had paid for them ,so once we got the sofa in June this had I imperfections and pressure marks in the fabric ,once again their attitude was not what you would expect. They told me we are never satisfied we had several sofas you’re never happy lies again turning round as though we are fussy the wrong ones never came of the delivery van clearly could see it was not the sofa I ordered then their answer on the phone was we will send the lads to pick it up meaning after a year of being patient etc I’d have to go and order elsewhere and I’d have to wait 3 months really ! Instead of saying really sorry we will send someone out to steam the marks out or send the manufacturer round All they wanted was payment for a sofa that was faulty. Never any mention of being compensated for all the inconvenience. And the delivery men leaving all the rubbish and marking newly decorated walls they didn’t Even assemble the sofa correctly. All this was documented, photos and evidence but they ignored all this they just where not interested.
Shocking , disgusting customer service and no professionalism over the phone. great showroom but run by a group of people who have no customer service skills ,horrible vile attitude . And happy to take money but not deliver the correct goods
Would not recommend them . Horrible experience

They really need to improve on customer service

They have beautiful products but horrible customer service. I usually DM them to ask more info on certain products that they’re selling and usually I’ll either be ignored and not get a reply at all even after reading my message OR I’ll get a very blunt, quick response. Not very friendly customer service, only friendly if you comment on their page publicly or when they post about their products. Lol and this type of thing makes me question whether I should support their company and even buy their products at all. Such a shame. Learn to be kind to all of your customers and don’t ignore them! It costs nothing to be nice and it’s really not that hard. You’re losing business if you do that! Not that they care anyway

Outstanding service

Outstanding service. Utterly grateful and satisfied with my purchase. Top quality, excellent value for money, well packaged and perfect communication. I bought 2 floor candle sticks and candles, looks more expensive than what I payed. Replied to my email promptly and was so easy to get hold of on the phone. Would highly recommend and will most definitely use again.

Well overpriced !

Well overpriced !! absolutely disgusting customer service , you can get stuff so much cheaper online if you look . I tried to return something and they was damn right rude and would not do it as it had slightly been unwrapped. Would never shop there again awful service . Gave it one star because you had to but would rather have none to be honest unhappy .

Really Good Customer Services

My girlfriend fell instantly in love with a piece of furniture on My Home Rocks but it was out of stock, we called to see if it was coming back in and unfortunately it was a discontinued product they advised us to give them a couple of days. I thought that was the end of it that then, but no they called back the next day to say they had tracked down the very last one in their suppliers showroom and that we could have it at a discounted rate. My girlfriend was made up!

The item was delivered in perfect condition already assembled (not sure if they usually come assembled or not) and delivered to our bedroom and unwrapped for inspection. Thanks guys you have beeb amazing.

Thank you so much! The delivery men were excellent and delivered everything straight to my living room, even though it's downstairs ! Couldn't recommend these guys enough !

Absolutely Amazing service

I ordered a couple of pieces of furniture from My Home Rocks last week and they have arrived safe and sound with immaculate delivery. Their delivery team even took the bedroom furniture straight up the stairs and removed all the packaging. I would not normally expect this good of a service for free.
