Better than expected support at lower cost.
I'm bright (at least before a stroke and more recent health issues) and have had websites since Compuserve, but I know too little about modern websites. I've been with a friend for over a decade, but I wanted hosting back in NZ I was a bit wary because the price was much cheaper than expected. Having the sites up and running I have had to ask various questions- but I've been blown away by the consistency and quality of their support.

Communication and wait time was not long. Response coming back with the answer sort was good too. Very helpful with support that was needed, and coming back with the needed resource within 24hrs. Basically carried out what he said he would do.
