It was the middle of the night here in Aotearoa New Zealand; I'd written to them at 5.40am, got the automated response at 5.42, and the fix came just nine minutes later.

Fast response time.

A very pleasant experience with my first time delving into wordpress. Response time to questions to my host support was very fast and helpful. Installation was straightforward as it should be. Great job my host. Thank you very much.

Great support when things go wrong

I patronised more than a dozen web hosts during my career, and I would say MyHost has one of the best support services that I have encountered. I've been with them for seven years, and I've been a very satisfied customer. Highly recommended!

My Best Move!

I was forced by regulation to move my website hosting company to MyHost in 2024.
Although it was nothing to do with me at all, it was the best move I ever made!
I am very impressed with their professional, friendly and helpful approach to small operators like me .... I can't recommend them highly enough!

Professional and thorough

They communicate well. They answer help tickets immediately & follow up with a detailed reply. Their web site is easy to follow. They are courteous and mindful.
Professionals in a sea of mediocre competitors.

Everything proceeded seamlessly

Everything proceeded seamlessly. It all just happened. There were a range of questions that once I had answered meant that it all fell into place nicely.

I have to say that I have only had good experiences with Myhost, and have not the slightest hesitate to, over time, move all my internet needs to this company.

Great customer support at MyHost

We moved from Crazy Domains to MyHost after multiple server overload issues at Crazy Domains that dropped our websites. Service has been way better at Myhost where real people give you real answers real quick. Super impressed. Package and performance seems fine but definitely a game changer to have good support.

Better than expected support at lower cost.

I'm bright (at least before a stroke and more recent health issues) and have had websites since Compuserve, but I know too little about modern websites. I've been with a friend for over a decade, but I wanted hosting back in NZ I was a bit wary because the price was much cheaper than expected. Having the sites up and running I have had to ask various questions- but I've been blown away by the consistency and quality of their support.

When changes happen

Communication and wait time was not long. Response coming back with the answer sort was good too. Very helpful with support that was needed, and coming back with the needed resource within 24hrs. Basically carried out what he said he would do.

The team at myhost are well coordinated between sales and tech support, approachable responsive helpful and articulate. Recently migrated from another provider and wish I’d done it sooner. Happy to support a NZ based business and get the customer service you can rely on.
