Myhost Poor Support, Accounts and sales 2 Star Rating

I have been with Myhost.nz since 2004 besides a issue i had with auto renew of a domain name i have always recieve the very best support and services from Myhost.nz in 20 years my websites have never been down the consistency of Myhost.nz to supply website hosting is 5 ***** Star and this is why i highly recommend Myhost.nz to any one who is wanting the best Domain name and website hosting provider. sales lady hang up on me 3 times Accounts answered the phone said hello then hang up wow what poor sales and accounts, the sales lady accusses me of black mailing her i record my voice calls i did not black mail the sales lady, myhost have added $129.00 to my bill, no phone call to discuss just add on extra charges, i sign up to a unlimited account you change my account because i am using the unlimited account i purchase and it looks abit much for myhost so Myhost start adding extra fees and start changing accounts with NO discussion prior.This is not the first Myhost think they can just charge for domains with Myhost auto domain renewal set to on or enabled.

dont worry about contacting no need to explain your extra charges it obviuos the Myhost unlimited is fake because as soon as someone starts using the Myhost unlimited Myhost limit and restrict the customer and start adding more fees
on the same thing happen in 2018 & 2019 Myhost started to add extra charges.

thats ok i know what Myhost is all about now the Myhost i started with back in 2004
is not the same Myhost in 2025. thats why nothing Myhost can say ands i recall my offer for a solution. i wouldnt even if Myhost paid me. Myhost has become very rude
and unprofessional. i will have all my domains removed from Myhost before the 06/08/2025. this is what i will be posting in Trustpilot

MyHost are a pleasure to deal with

MyHost are a pleasure to deal with with super friendly and helpful staff who respond to questions and issues very quickly. They made my migration from the hosting service I was with (and very dissatisfied with) a painless and stress-free experience. Their services are well priced and I am stoked that they are Kiwi owned with domestic data centres. Thank you, I am extremely happy.

I noticed an email had gone to the spam folder

I noticed an email had gone to the spam folder on one of my regular senders. I was not sure how to trust the email. I emailed the support team late in the evening, I received a very friendly reply about 20 min later. The support staff explained why this may have happened. They provided easy instructions on how trust the email in trusted emails in spam filters. Now I know for next time. Great service since joining.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Really responsive and prompt. And they explained things clearly at every step. This is probably all normal stuff but unfortunately it's quite rare so very exciting to find it.
