Absolutely fantastic - fresh veggies - chillies, curry leaves, garlic & ginger so good - you would never shop at a terrestrial (!!) supermarket again... lots of variety and lovely customer service - definitely worth a visit!! (Review of goodofood, who have now merged with MyLocalMart)

Good Service
I'm happy with the service and delighted to have received my favorite rice, Indrayani. However, I noticed some errors in my order. I had ordered Heera Tur Dal, but I received Supreme Tur Dal instead. Additionally, I ordered Jowar Flour, but was given Whole Jowar. I request better accuracy in packing orders to ensure customers receive exactly what they requested. Looking forward to an improved experience next time!

Your packing is very poor
Your packing is very poor. Bananas were packed in a hang and put in the bottom of box. They got quashed and brushed and made unusable. Three fruits were disposed and two were part edible. It was a waste to order fruits from you. The rest were OK.

I love the ease of using the website and the excellent customer service. Not only am I a repeat customer, I have recommended the company to many of my friends. I do wish expiry dates of products are mentioned, and that the buissness expands to include more regional products.

Delivered expired items and not willing to refund or accept return
Too many issues and appalling service.
1) they sent me multiple items that were way past their expiry/best before date.
2) when I emailed them about it they just give excuses about not receiving emails. I emailed to the address they provided in the order confirmation email, but then they said I should have sent a message on WhatsApp.
3) crisps were completely crushed to bits

We have checked the email inbox and can confirm that we have not received any email asking for a replacement. It could be a technical glitch but there was no email received. In fact, a product replacement was easier for us than doing a refund!.
We take the customer requests very seriously and always act upon them immediately. All 3 options are open to customers to contact us- email, WhatsApp message or website chat.
We will communicate the concern regarding the crisps to our packing team and ensure this is not repeated in the future. Thank you
