Excellent service from the team. Order dispatched quickly and when I had a small problem with the delivery company, the goodofood team stepped in and fixed it immediately then made a personal follow-up call to make sure that the rescheduled delivery had gone smoothly. Fantastic customer care, I’ll have no hesitation is ordering from them again!

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance enveloped me in warmth and a rich cultural vibe. The decor was adorned with beautiful Indian art, setting the perfect backdrop for a culinary adventure.
I started with the samosas, which were perfectly crisp and filled with a delightful mix of spiced potatoes and peas. They were served with a tangy tamarind chutney that perfectly complemented the flavors. For the main course, I opted for the butter chicken, which was nothing short of heavenly. The chicken was tender, bathed in a creamy tomato sauce that was rich yet balanced. Paired with garlic naan, it was sheer bliss!
The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, happily guiding me through the menu. I finished my meal with a classic mango lassi that was refreshing and not overly sweet.

Hi Julie, we are very sorry for the issue here, and for the frustration, this must have caused.
As mentioned in the email, the requested teabags were no longer in stock. We have checked with several of our regular suppliers but none of them had the Pyramid shaped teabags and we were compelled to cancel the order.
The entire amount including the delivery charges have been refund immediately. Thank you.

Great customer service
Great service. Was informed of an out of stick item the morning after placing order and offered a good alternative. Refund for difference. Order arrived next day and had a phone call to check upnon the order. Will use again and would recomend. Cheers

Excellent service, communication was on point. Ram went out of his way to meet me at a collection point for my order. All the puja items stayed in the refrigerator for a day or two, were still fresh and of good quality. Will definitely buy from them again.
