False advertising-returns are at their discretion NOT what website claimed
They will not honor what their website claimed about returns. The jewelry looks very artificial for the cost so I tried to return (bracelet and earrings) and they refused saying “just changing my mind “ is not a valid excuse for a refund even though their website said otherwise. After contacting support several times they “changed” the website. On the date of my purchase the website return policy stated 100% returnable if you are not satisfied no questions asked, but when i tried to return they asked why i wanted to return, i said the items looked very artificial for the price and they said that is not a valid reason for a return and they will not honor a return. After a few back and forths w support they offered me an exchange for other products?!?!?! NOT ok, bait and switch!!! False advertising!!

You were referring to a small sentence somewhere at the bottom of one of our hundreds of pages on the site, something that no one ever mentioned yet.
None of our customers have ever mentioned that, nor was our team aware of it.
This sentence was left over from our old policies back from 2025, something which hasn't been active for 8+ months.
Sometimes a technical issue can occur when you have hundreds of pages on a website, and this was a case.

Contacted the company 5 x and they have still not resolved my problem. I rarely write bad reviews, but this is very unsatisfactory. Buyer Beware!!!

I see that because of the volume of mails that you sent in such a short time, 6+ mails in 48 hours, our ticketing system automatically put your customer profile as 'spam' and pushed it into our 'spambox' which is invisible.

Jenalee was amazing
Jenalee was amazing. I had a response in less than 24 hours. I followed her instructions and when my bracelet did not meet my expectations 100% she immediately said she would send me another one at this moment. I recommend this company 100%.

I received my jewelry in March; it is September, and my bracelet has turned brown.
I contacted customer service since they have a "lifetime color warranty" against tarnishing. Here is their response.
Sascha here, head of customer support.
I looked into your case and I see you ordered on 24th of March and received it on the 2nd of April.
Today its the 1st of september, 5 months later
Our 'color guarantee' covers up to 90 days after purchase, as a lot of external circumstances come into place during such a period of daily wear which we can't vouch.
However, we'd still like to help. As a courtesy, we can offer you a replacement bracelet at 50% off the regular price, so you would only need to cover half of the replacement cost, which means the total cost for a new one is only $34,50
Almost no brand also has such an extended policy in place, so this is also very generous for a replacement after 5 months.

Your case has been so extreme there must have been going on something else then just normal everyday wear.
We've never seen this in 2.000.000+ orders and counting, and that says a lot.
Even till the point that we're doubting that this is actually our original product, and you're not confusing us with another brand you bought a similar tennis bracelet from, as we know lots of women like to shop around and buy similar items from multiple brands
We have tens of thousands of customer who have worn their bracelet for 8 months, 1+ year, and even 2+ years straight without any problems.
The picture you showed us is literally impossible with normal everyday wear on our product.
We also haven't heard from you ever since the day you ordered with us and received the package 5 months.
And then this complaint and image totally comes out of the blue, if it was really this bad you would've seen this weeks/months ago already, and you never reached out, so that is also a bit strange from your end
At this point we think its also very courteous with all uncertain facts what you've actually done to the bracelet, and if its even ours and not a knockoff that youre confusing it with, as you're literally 1 out of 2.000.000 orders that has even gotten it.
That we still offer a 50% replacement fee.

Stunning Tennis Necklace
The tennis necklace is beautiful. I have received so many compliments, and I am very happy with this piece. I also ordered two tennis bracelets, gold and silver. The gold is just fine, but it seems the silver is showing signs of tarnish, so I will reach out to customer service to resolve.
